Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It is expensive, but it is lovely.

Bathroom could have done will a little modernisation. (although at first I think I was put in a newer room but asked to change so I could have a balcony - so my fault on that) The pool loungers were a little sad looking.
Staff are absolutely fantastic!! Super comfy bed! Nice pool. Breakfast was nice. Best natural yogurt I’ve had in Bolivia. Nice little gym. Great welcome drink. Allowed me an early check in. Just really nice and relaxing.

Nobody respect the rules of the pool. The same areas for adults and children are bad solution.
Breakfest very good . Egs corner perfect. Fruits and vegetables of choice .

The rooms need an update, the ac in the room is very noisy

Was quite expensive, and could hear traffic at night, but minor issues.
Kids loved the pool, with fun slide etc. staff were friendly and helpful, making restaurant reservations and responding to messages quickly. Room was fine and 20m from pool. Room service, breakfast and bar all very good. Walking distance to big shopping mall and taxis on hand of needed. Sauna was very good. Unfortunately had to cancel a second stay at the end of our trip (flight problem) and they handled this very courteously. Would stay here again for sure.

The room shower was defective. A new shower would allow a great start of the day or a relaxing end of day after enduring the city's heat, humidity and strong winds.
The service, facilities and food are all exceptional. Location is great and gives you easy access to an area of the city full of restaurants and shops. The hotel in itself invites you to stay on the grounds and offers plenty of space to conduct business or spend a peaceful afternoon by the pool. Kudos to the staff, always polite, eager to help and offering a "good day/afternoon" with a smile. I have been a guest for many years now (my wedding party was at this hotel) and I am always glad to come back and enjoy the great service this hotel has to offer.

The bar was packed and the servers weren't paying attention. Talking with each other and on their cells.
Loved the pools both outdoor and indoors. Beds were comfortable. Room was huge. A/C worked great. Food was excellent.

Quantity of sunbeds is not enough for all the people. Some of the rooms have direct access to the pool, but others don't. In my opinion should be different price for such options. Room is a little worn out, bathroom isn't big. Not really bad, but not for 5 stars and this price.
Very good pool and spa area. Nice breakfast, but if you are not too late. Generally, everything is clean and comfortable.

The room needs blackout curtains. It looks like the thick curtains will move but they don't.
The pool and swim up bar were a real treat. The staff was kind. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. Overall a great experience.
