Everything was good, I loved the place, the staff, the position. WiFi was good too, and there was a nice breakfast for a small added price.

The woman who usually does breakfast didn't turn up for 3 days that I was there, I think because it was a bank holiday weekend - that was disappointing. The doorbell would ring as people arrived at night, this was a little annoying as it would wake you up. I would definitely stay again though!

The staff were very helpful, the hostel was just a bit out of the main part of town, so no traffic noise, and there was a bank, market, supermarket and pharmacy within 5 mins walk. The room was clean, so was the bathroom and shower area.

The room was very cold. Shower is not enough warm for me. They provide a lot of blanket, so if you wear enough it should be ok.

The property kept messaging me to check on my arrival time - I was travelling from another part of Bolivia and did not always have reception, so my message on the change of arrival time did not send. They threatened to cancel my reservation because I had yet to arrive at the initial time, which I thought was unnecessary, and caused me a lot of panic when I saw rhe messages once reception was restored. I believe that through Booking, the property will be compensated from my card for any no shows, so not sure why there was so much anxiety. The other thing is that walls are very thin so any movements by other guests throughout the hostel will be heard. I'm a light sleeper so was woken up early every morning.

The room was surprisingly well equipped- a hanging rack for clothes, mirror, table and chair to work from, and a side table with plugs close to the bed and to the work table. Shared showers had hooks and bars inside each cubicle and water pressure and temperature were good. Bathroom facilities were modern. The common areas were comfortable, staff was friendly, even arranged to have same day laundry done on a public holiday. Location was also good, 15mins walk from bus terminal.

Bathrooms often had no toilet paper. Building was quite cold.

I stayed here for two nights to have a bit of a rest and a good sleep and it was perfect. I arrived in the super early morning and someone was ready to open the door for me. Bed was comfy and the location is good enough

The location is a bit sketchy at night and it's a bit far from good food options.

The hostel is a hidden gem, the rooms are very pleasant and the beds comfortable. Very friendly staff! There's a small kitchen for boiling water and a microwave. The bathrooms are pleasant and clean. Previous negative comments about missing toilet paper are obsolete, there was toilet paper available. I was especially happy about their laundry service. They even took care of my separation of clothes that can be tumble dried and those that have to hang.

Cooking is not possible, and if you want a place where you can mingle with a lot of people maybe this is not your place.

Very clean, quiet, comfortable place! The staff is super nice and they are super helpful. The breakfast costs around 2 euros and it is worth it:)
