Nothing. I was quite pleased with my stay.

A very pleaswant place to stay, away from the main center, so very quiet. The room is very spacious with sofa and sitting chair. Three alpacas on the grounds were a nice touch. Breakfast was simple but quite adequate. The staff were very acommadating and friendly.

Though not totally far, it is a the far end of the town about a 15 minute walk down a dirt road with nothing on it for a bit. Not dangerous or anything just secluded about 1.5 kilometers away from all the restaurants and shops

The rooms are as in pics, they are amazing, big, and updated. And they open their courtyard up to 2 local lawnmowers (alpacs) that come everyday and give the property a little pizzazz.

it was about a km from the centre walk along the beach. not too bad but tough with bags breakfast was ok

the property was new, clean & very spacious. the llamas and hammocks a great addition and the views were stunning

It was a bit cold in the room at night but ok once in bed.

Great room with lovely view of the lake, even from bed! The staff were friendly & attentive & were happy to keep our large bags whilst we went to Isla del Sol for a night. The breakfast was also good. It is located slightly away from the town but we actually preferred that & enjoyed the 15 minute walk in.

Little off location was a little bit far from the town center and there was no taxis in there to get us back when we got off to get dinner.

Mattress was very uncomfortable, felt the metal springs. There were no dark curtains so we woke up with the light. The walls are very thin and you hear neighbors and other noises.

some furniture, bed cover are taped and some windows and porch needs a better maintenance. Its not a hotel problem, but you should know this: On the beach are lots of wild dogs about the trash and dirt everywhere. I got bitten by a pack of 15 dogs and hat to go to the hospital for rabies injection. You will get 10 injection day by day and then 3 booster injection all 2weeks.

the view from the bedrooms are amazing. We could see the Titicaca lake from bed. The place is comfortable and has a small living room perfect to stay and enjoy. The breakfast is nice and the staff were so nice and kind.

Heating system was just a portable unit that didn’t really help at all.

The view was spectacular. It was quiet and away from the city center, but not too far. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Last, but not least, the hotel had laundry service reasonably priced.

They tried to charge us way too much for water but backed down immediately, when we said we wont pay it.

It is a nice hotel with a great view and good breakfast. We loved staying there. They have a cat and lamas and we were very happy.

I wish the blankets to be more clean.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, they provided us hot water every night. Breakfast was good, alpacas super cute. We spent a great time here for 5nights. Highly recommended!

The bed was uncomfortable. The phone number on the booking.com or Google didn’t work. On the booking.com my total price is $130.84. In my bank account it says $530.84 pending from Grupo Onkel Inn.
