    It was a completely terrible experience.

    My wife and I arrived there after 10hrs of traveling to be greeted by another resident of the complex. There wasn’t even a reception to help us get acquainted with our room or the island. Once we found our room we were shocked. It was the smallest room you could possible cram two adults into. There seemed to be 6 rooms in there lot. Ours happened to be (without forewarning) the smallest. My wife is currently pregnant and require a kitchen or a kitchenette to prepare certain meals. This room did not have that. In every listing photo and description it clearly depicts a kitchen. We were, to say the least extremely disappointed in the customer service. Once we had realized what had happened we texted (because there was no office to talk with) the people that had been in contact with us (Isabelle and Ezra) and they were no help. Completely not understanding and arrogant. We never spent the night at there facility. They refused to offer a refund or and any other good sensible resolve. So, we ended up buying reservations at another hotel which was 10x better than Blue Bonaire. Worst experience I have ever had at hotel service. Motel 6 is better in every way.

    The ascetic, location and cleanliness top tier.

    I arrived at night and the location via Google maps did not carry you to the apartment. It carries you to the room in the back. There isn't clear signage so it's almost impossible to find in the night as the street is dark and the villa isn't well lit. There isn't any proper direction to find your assigned apartment when you arrive... Not customer service friendly.
