Awsome location and view from the seafront rooms amd rooftop. Pool is good for a refreshing dip, but too small for real swimmimg. Good breakfast. Friendly and helpfull staff.

When I arrived to my room I could feel dust on the floor. During my stay part of the furniture deteriorated, as if it has been poorly refurbished. The rooms are poorly insulated and you can hear noise of water flowing inside the pipes, people opening and closing doors of their room or of the elevator.

All the staff was very nice, although some of them didn't seem comfortable speaking English. The hotel looks nice in the common areas and the room as well. I could see the Christ Redeemer from my window! The shower was good and the pillows and the mattress were rather comfortable. The location was super good, close to the beach, to many shops and restaurants and to the metro. The pool in the last floor is also something that adds value to the experience, including the beautiful view you have from the rooftop. The hotel offers free towels for the pool and chairs and umbrella for you to use on the beach. The breakfast was simple and repetitive but good enough at the same time

Although the service and housekeeping was generally good, the hotel just needs updated sheets and towels. All the towels and sheets were worn out or had stains.

The hotel was centrally located on Copacabana Beach close to restaurants and Copacabana Palace. Breakfast was very good with lots of options.

The last night we spent in a regular room, No beach view. What a difference to luxury. Cheaper but less recommandable. The quite rich breakfast was deteriorating day by day. Suddenly no bacon, then no sosage, rolls from previous day. Lots of technical details loose / broken

The room needed updates, such as bathroom fixtures, shower head, and door handles. The roof top pool area was also dated and unremarkable especially compared to other hotels in area. Occasionally the toilet would not flush at night. The curtains and bedskirt on bed need cleaning, looked like it was never washed.

The has a great location being across from the beach and access to nearby restaurants. They staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room had a leaking air conditioning. Sonwr had a small pool of water after a few hours of running the airco.

The property was very nicely located. I would give a 10 for location. The staff was super nice.

Room was very small, dark with dirty curtains. One of the guys at the reception was not really helpful and friendly.

Great location close to the beach. Tasty breakfast. Nice rooftop pool. Luggage storage.
