We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThis hotel was great! First, I do not speak portuguese. The staff was very kind, considerate and patient. They took the time to communicate with me through google translate and were happy to help me. This made me feel very welcomed. I felt very safe on the property. In order to enter the building there was a face recognition machine that would scan your face. There is two face scan check points before going upstairs. There is also security in the front of the hotel. I loved this and felt very safe. There is wifi in all parts of the hotel. This includes the lobby, pool, cafe and your room. The wifi worked at all times. The room was very nice and it is cleaned daily. The AC worked at all times. I also had no problems with bringing guests to my room. Overall this hotel was amazing, I would recommend it to anyone traveling to Fortaleza. Other bonuses were it is very close to the beach and the cafe is open till 10:00pm. 10/10, amazing hotel! 🤩💙

NetherlandsThe accommodations lacks a lot of kitchen and bathroom utensils: like drying cloths, cutlery, a wine bottle opener, dishes etc. We were given two bad quality towels but after asking and some convincing the host gave us two more. Sofa is broken and needs to be replaced.
The bed, the balcony and the two bathrooms were great.

United Kingdomthe pool was dirty. the bed sheets did not get changed, we only got clean towels after asking many times. the staff dont speak any english. the managment where very rude. and booking.com did not even read my meails about issues. the hotel does not take cash, even though this is not mentioned in any of the booking info. booking.com refused to assist. the breakfast was brunt and the coffee weak. they also ask for fingerprints and photos at check in. they also mailed many times to ask for payment before the end of the trip. they cannot even give a final bill or reciept. the wifi is unusable for large parts of the day, and the advertised wired internet does not work even thought ther are cable points in the room. arriving your are shown through a garage to try to find a lift, not the best impression. water was waiting in the fridge the first day but never replaced even on a second independant booking. this was the same as the soap and shampoo etc.
the location is good, the bed is ok, and the AC worked. there is very little else that i liked. there where many issues with the trip as you will see later.
