The staff was friendly and the room was cleaned everyday. There was a tasty breakfast served as well. Nearby the Copacabana beach.

Old rooms and windows that need refurbishing (we stayed on a floor undergoing renovations starting 8am). Poor wifi in the room.

Early morning staff was borderline rude. Paying for the luggage storage is ridiculous. The hotel looks better in the pictures than it really is.

Good hotel in Copacabana with plenty of restaurants, bars and groceries nearby. Rooms are spacious with good AC, hot water, fast internet and lots of options for breakfast.

There's no bar in the hotel (but plenty of restaurants nearby).

We had a very large room with a jacuzzi bath. There's a pool on the roof, which of course is tiny as expected for a city centre hotel.

The Air conditioning is just far to noisy and the fan speed never seemed to work. If you don't have the Air conditioning on then you hear the outside units from the other rooms using it. Toilets flushing noise from above. That was our only problems there.

The check-in was quick and easy and friendly staff.The location is great and was safe. There are shops and restaurants all around the hotel as well as a very short walk to Copacabana beach. The metro is max 15 minutes walk to get you everywhere else in Rio. The breakfast had a good choice although only fruit if vegan so we bought some extra bits to have for breakfast. They can exchange money at reception and the rate was good. The room could do with an update but was a great size. There is a fridge which is handy. Wish they supplied a kettle then I could have bought my own coffee. Housekeeping kept it up during our 10 night stay. The bed was comfortable enough. All in all was a good stay.

No bedside lamps or light by bed. Need to get out of bed to switch light off Facilities such as public bathroom where not very good. Hard to freshen up when waiting to check in (late check in)

Not as clean as it was formerly. Shower curtain moldy. Air conditioner didn’t work. They fixed it and still didn’t work. TV didn’t work.

The breakfast is subpar for a 4 star hotel. The hotel is on a busy street so expect lots of noise. The bathroom needs updating

The hotel is very outdated - used to be luxurious probably 20 years ago 😅 A bit noisy street. Not very comfy bed and pillows.

Air-conditioning unit in my bedroom seemed to be faulty, making an unusual amount of noise.

Enormous, well-furnished bedroom with very comfortable bed, within a couple of blocks of the beach.

Loud and ineffective air conditioner made for poor nights trying to sleep. Sandy floor in bedroom.

Location, breakfast and staff was fantastic. Room was spacious and lobby had comfortable seating.

The check-in was too late. Breakfast was medicocre. The pool wasn't as clean as we thought it would be.

The spaciousness of the room and the size of the bed. The quality of the linen was great.
