Frigobar was kind of expensive and nobody really counted what was used

We really loved the style and white colors. Location was great the beach just on the front of the hotel they give you towels and the hotel has chains and umbrellas on the beach. Breakfast was good in nice clean place with nice view. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Plenty of space for clothes and nice working area. Big comfy beds and balcony with great view. We were amazed with roof top pool it was big enough clean warm and just beautiful. The stuff was helpful

As decor is all-white cleaning should be near perfect which wasn't the case. Furniture showed some signs of wear, the same as the bathroom's door. Annoying safety policy of giving you a paper wrist band to wear during your stay. We removed it and private security guards kept approaching us to ask us to identify ourselves with our room number. Even though they were polite it was a bit intrusive and annoying to be asked 4 times on the same day by the same person who we were.

Excellent location just a stone throw from beautiful Recreio beach. Beach towels and parasols provided for free. Good breakfast. The view from the balcony was stunning. Comfortable room.

I wish room cleaning would clean the balconies. If you’re a smoker they get very dirty very quick. Some bits of the hotel are a little dated, but just the odd detail in the carpet etc. Nothing dirty from lack of cleaning I’d say. Oh and breakfast should be more varied!

The building is stunning, beach is right in front of the property. Great balconies with stunning views to the beach and cliffs!

It was very noisy at night especially across the road music going all night room could be more sound proof hard to sleep at times.

Beautiful hotel spotless clean breakfast was lovely good variety of treats fruit juices cereals eggs lovely hotel to stay in lovely rooftop area with pool and dj music bar 🍸 loved it.

The pool area is quite small for the number of people staying at the hotel. We felt as though there was no flexibility around the check out (ie. Ability to use the facilities whilst waiting for transfer).

We went half board and really liked the food, there was a great variety of it, really good quality as well. The drinks at the bar were quite expensive we thought but they were really good. The restaurant staff were lovely as well. The bedroom was great with good AC and comfortable bed. Good access to a gym (bit small but it’s well equipped with good machines).

The foods need improvement and a bigger variety . Also the noise especially in the carnival days was almost everyday but fortunately they were stopping at arround 1am .

Very comfortable hotel. The room was great. Breakfast is also very good with a wide selection. The staff are all very attentive but Bruno and Emanoela went above and beyond what would be expected and really made a positive difference to our stay.
