Staff were extremely helpful and let me know which street wasn't safe when I was going to do some laundry down the street. And I felt safe within the property as you need to be let in by the staff at the door which was reassuring for me as it was my first time in the city.

Crazy small bathroom in room 3. School located right next door made weekday mornings noisy. You need to be buzzed inside and wait to be let outside.

Super helpful and friendly staff. Great included breakfast with fried egg, best tapioca, fruits, baked goods and more. Fridge in room. Great location to the center. Terrific value. 24 hour reception was perfect for my 3:00 arrival. Free baggage storage while you go into the jungle.

I had a great stay. I was able to arrange a very late transfer through the hotel. The staff were fantastic. There is not a lot of English spoken but we always made things work. The breakfast was basic but very good. The room was kept very clean (and tidy...thank you). The air conditioning worked very well ( a great asset in Manaus). The location for me was also excellent. It was a six minute walk to Teatro Amazonas and all the restaurants and bars in that area. It was about 20 minutes to the Mercado Municipal Adolpho Lisboa and all the river commerce/activity. It was a great stay and I did not want to leave my new found Manaus family. Thank you/Obrigado

Very nice staff, delicious breakfast and great location near the theatre. We left our luggage there during our jungle trip and came back to spend another night. We arrived late and also left in the night, which was no problem with the 24/7 reception - great option in Manaus!

Owner who also owns a Travel Agency gave me a discount for the tour I booked through him. His staff has ltd command of English, was able to communicate to them in Spanish. Location: near the Teatro Amazona. Has several restaurants and grocery store near it.

The hotel stuff - we enjoyed every other day during our 3 nights stay - made us feel like at home, kind and polite, available 24/7, helpful in all-around-tours! Room was very clean, the staff was very supportive and kind. Otis help us with our backpacks and make sure we got everywhere safe, they let us left our backpacks for 3 days in the hostel and got the early breakfast. Definitely recommend. Very central location 5 min walk to the old town of Manaus with all restaurants

Manus in general is a bit dirty.

It was comfortable and clean. I liked the colorful theme of the hotel. They were good enough to hold my baggage while I went to the rainforest lodge for three days. Excellent breakfast. Good location, close to main square and opera house.

The only disadvantage was that the sewage disposal smelled a bit.

Absolute recommendation very centrally located. the theater around the corner. very safe place Very clean, well-maintained hostel. It makes its name its program. You don't even have this much color, light and Christmas at home. You can only feel very comfortable. very rich breakfast. The tastiest tapioca I've eaten. Staff absolutely friendly.
