The pool was a bit gross and dirty. I’ve also never encountered a slower or less efficient elevator system which is completely unsuitable for a property that size. Not a fan of just having a top sheet on the bed.

Location was great and the price was reasonable. Breakfast exceeded our expectations.

Elevators need upgrading

Very nice pool and comfortable rooms. Price is excellent. Service and staff are helpful. Tour booking agent in lobby is better and less expensive than booking tours on line.

Towels were the size of tea towels and need replacing. Only one chair in room for 3 x people. Bathrooms in need of renovation. Wifi had an issue but was addressed.

Kinda run down, the energy in the rooms would flutter, the inter room phones didnt work and the elevator was small and slow and usually had a long wait.

Great location with a yummy restaurante right next door and attentive and helpful staff. Really great breakfast. Walking distance from the maim shopping street. We had to check out hours before our bus left and the hotel let us leave our luggage in a safe place at the hotel.

The elevators did not work properly, someone should change the system. Waiting for several minutes only to find out that it is already full is not ok. Going in the full elevator and stop every floor for someone who was not there or could not board (because it was already full) is not ok. Especially if you are in a hurry and on higher floor. The rooms could be better maintained

1. The power went out in our room and because there was no maintenance staff, we had to change room. What hotel doesn’t have maintenance staff? 2. We needed to make a call to a specific taxi company and the hotel employee at reception told us they don’t have es phone that can make calls outside the hotel. What hotel doesn’t have a phone?

One day the room was not cleaned. I was on winter so I used the internal pool, I think that the internal pool should be more hot.

One day the maid had no idea of making up a bed, nor cleanliness, however another day another maid was great! Food was a bit pricey, but good.

Very centrally located, could walk to many eating places and one block from the main shopping avenue! Nice pools, reasonable breakfast, reasonable rooms for the price. Very happy helpful reception staff

The hotel is a little bit dated but otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed for one night only after visiting the falls before heading over to the Argentinian side. The room, bed and bathroom were all a good size and we enjoyed a comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was fairly basic but it was nice to have somewhere in the hotel to eat which, for the price paid, was good value.

Lack of support (especially in English). Breakfast could be better.

For such a price it was a bargain. Best value for money. Comfy, spacious rooms, good mattress.
