I arrived at 3:30pm and my room was not ready. I checked in and receive the response that I had to wait for it. After I stated that check-in was 2pm and I didnt want to wait as it was already 3:30pm, reception started to look for a new room for me. Really? Do I have to say the obvious? If I accepted, then I would have to wait for how long?

Comfortable for one night. Windows were sound proofed.

The hotel is very dated and although well kept it had an 80s feel and lacked some things you’d expect these days. The bathroom had a small deep bath which wasn’t very practical and I think older residents would struggle to get in for a shower. The pool is small and although you can’t buy drinks upstairs you can call down to the restaurant to ask them to bring things up for you. Not ideal but worked ok for me.

The property was well kept and clean with lovely staff. I loved that they use a WhatsApp account to send you room info, menu, and to respond to questions. Very helpful. The breakfast was lovely with a great variety or fruits, breads, cheese, meats, warm items, cakes, cereals etc

As soon as I arrived, the doorknob fell down without no reason so I had to call the staff. Also the wifi was not stable all the time and the shower could not be done easily since the height was too small for me and I'm not that tall: 1.83 m.

a very small detail. The room next door had a family with a kid crying everyday at 8am in the morning and you can heart it because they have the room door open. I suggest the hotel to tell families keep the doors close for respect to the other guest.

The breakfast was amazing. I love the different options that they have. This exceeded my expectations. The staff in the hotel is so helpful with recommendations of places and directions.

The Wi-Fi was a joke, as tourist we didn’t have any other way to be connected but when we were in the hotel, however, the connection was terrible throughout the entire stay. During checkin, I heard the staff commenting that the internet had been bad for about 2 days. Nothing was done to fix it while we were there.

Dinner at the restaurant was subpar and I would not recommend it. The gym was also not great for any strength training. Cardio is fine.

The decor is out dated. The gym is poorly equipt.

The location was great for piñeros and villa madelena. Breakfast had a lot of options and a long time to attend. The rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels were given.

I wish we could have had a better view at the top of the hotel. I would have also like to have a bar available up there too. If this was a service that was already offered I did not know.

the location was nice for a first time to São Paulo. Not knowing where things are and how safe your surroundings are is common for a first visit. The area felt safe and well accessible for ride share pickup/drop offs.

We wanted to check in earlier and didn’t mind paying for a full day. We then sent a request to the hotel but the staff didn’t knew if we would be able to check in 3 hours earlier... Instead, they said that we would be only able to check their availability at the counter in person, and not through email or call inquiry ahead of time. I feel like this is something you’d know by checking the bookings?

The room service, the food (breakfast buffet was amazing!!) and the restaurant staff were all kind and extremely helpful! Really felt well treated and welcomed during our whole stay.

I needed a room for 2 adults and 2 children. You did not have it and the stuff did not give a solution other than book 2 rooms. I couldn’t afford that. O had to leave one child at my sister’s house.

The hotel could use some refreshing, it looks and feels a bit dated for a 4* hotel. The airco in the room was quite noisy (but did its work) and the bath for sure needed a refresh or at least a new coat of paint. Not all rooms have great wifi connection and it depends on where in your room you are.

The staff was friendly, breakfast was great (great fruit and cake options) and the bar/restaurant produced products of a good quality. Great mattress too. Good location if you are working somewhere in Pinheiros. The roof deck is also a plus.

Only a couple electrical sockets in the 3 guests room. Spent like 10 magical minutes to flush the toilet. No luck whatever I did. Used the luggage room and had one backpack absolutely wet. The air conditioner dripped condensation on the backpack for several hours and no one paid attention. And no apologies! "Oh, Uh it's all wet. Here you are, goodbye."

the air conditioning was loud so we had to turn it off during the night so we could sleep, and they turn of the hot water during night so if you shower around 2am the water is not very hot

the location is perfect at the heart of Pinheiros next to the bars etc. The breakfast was also good and the room was good and clean

Check in was completely unflexible. I arrived just one hour earlier and they didn't even bother looking if there was a room available. Has a tiny gym on the rooftop and a sauna, which were dated but did the job.

The service at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast were nice. Food was good too, and prices. Room was comfortable.

Good breakfast with a nice selection of fruit. The hotel has a comfortable although small rooftop pool. The rooms are comfortable, spacious. Good location, close to subway, shops and restaurants, just seems to require a little extra care at night.

as a solo traveller, I did not like the dark hallways. as someone concerned about the environment, I appreciate the energy savings. maybe there is a way to keep the hallway lights on longer after you open the door to your room?
