While having a lot of choice, the breakfast was really mediocre. Food is of bad quality, and even coffee tested terrible. Would definitly change that.

For the price, the stay was exactly what we asked for. The area was not the safest to walk around at night, I would recommend using Ubers for travelling around the area. Nothing else to report, overall a good stay.

Loved our stay here, breakfast was basic but included so it was more than we expected. Loved the rooftop pool! Staff were very helpful and it was overall a great stay. I would recommend to future travellers.

The room is very small with one double bed, one night stand and no chairs or table to sit at. No cups or vanity items. We stayed for 5 nights and with a few days of rain, we were forced to stay in our room than otherwise anticipated. Breakfast is ok, very basic.

We had booked a triple room that they didn’t have at the moment and never got any credit. Check in was in total a disaster with long lines and ingnorance of the staff.

The bathroom was incredibly small which sometimes bothered us. The towels were smelling clean but they had stains. I went once to the pool bar for afternoon snacks and I had to order 3 different dishes because every time I chose one I was informed later that it wasn’t available.

The staff is very friendly and the breakfast was good. The pool area is nice and the bar has fair prices.

The rooms were quite small and the cleanliness of certain things was questionable. The steam room had a moldy smell and peeling paint.

Check in and out was simple. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooftop amenities were great and the location was perfect for our trip. It’s close to restaurants and several landmarks.

Sometimes it was difficult to get a lift which required a prolonged wait. However on occasions we were able to use the stairs as we only had two floors to descend to the lobby. It would be a bit different when going to top level for the rooftop area, level 13. With only one or two front staff, check in could take over an hour as we observed. The bar ran out of drinks, other than beer. My wife doesn't drink beer so had no options other than mineral water. That said we were staying over New Year so the demand from other guests may have been exceptional.

Good selection of food for breakfast. Front desk staff very helpful and we were able to communicate in English. Pool area on rooftop was a great place to relax and view some landmarks such as Christ the Redeemer and Sugarloaf mountain. Air conditioning was great for cooling but not too cold. Lifts were quick between floors. We had two meals in the restaurant and both were tasty.

Despite the pool seemed inviting, because of the many children we noticed using the pool, it was left dirty by the time we tried it.

Staff was very cordial and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The food was delicious, we really liked the dinner, marvelous!

It is in a rather noisy neighbourhood with a venue right outside that stays very crowded until late so if you want an early night you might struggle
