The pool and poolside bar/terrace were lovely and a beautiful relaxing space. The staff were all fantastic, so helpful and welcoming. I was very sorry not to be able to enjoy a longer stay.

Great location for visiting Iguazu falls,only five minutes walk to the Brazilian side and a taxi ride away from the Argentinian side. The hotel’s lovely staff made us feel very welcome. The room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, table service one day then a buffet breakfast next day. The pool area was lovely and both the pool bar and the indoor one served fabulous cocktails. We enjoyed the live piano music in the bar each evening, and the buffet evening meal in the main restaurant was excellent. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Everything was perfect

The Sanma was amazing , an oasis in the hot Brazilian temperate. It was so close to the bird park and Igazu falls that you could walk to both attractions. The staff were the best we’ve encountered in Brazil, so friendly and helpful I’d highly recommend this place.

The only slight negative was the evening meal was rather underwhelming. we were tired and didn’t want to go out but there are places nearby and Cristiano had recommended a couple of places. so if you stay go out to dinner

This is a high end hotel perfectly located within 10 minutes walk of the Iguacu Falls entrance. We arrived late at night and we’re welcomed warmly with an offer of a glass of fizz or soft drink. We were only there for a day and asked for advice about the following day. The concierge (big shout out to Cristiano) recommended we do the Brazilian side only including a walk and boat ride and we had a spectacular day, returning mid afternoon to relax by the pool. There is a really nice pool area and bar. We were leaving at 5am the following morning and Cristiano offered to have a breakfast package waiting for us. so we had coffee and tea, pastries and fruit ready for us to take away in the morning. fantastic service.

The bedrooms are so small and musty smelling - such a shame - big let down!! Shame the bedrooms don’t live up to the rest of the hotel

This is a hotel with exquisite amenities. The restaurant, bar and pool areas are truly unsurpassed by other hotels I have been to. The stuff is extremely courteous and accommodating beyond what I would have expected. The location is a 10 out of 10 - only 5 minutes walk to the National park and to the bird park. The room is on the smaller side but everything else makes up for it many times over.

Breakfast was very poor quality. I would expect more from a 5 star hotel. Pastries were old and dry. Dinner was good but too overpriced(we paid cheaper in a fancy restaurant in Paris for better quality).

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was amazing. The bedroom was comfortable. There is a guy playing the piano during dinner time which is really nice. Spa center was really good.

very friendly staff! helpful and generous. breakfast was superbe! dinner too and when we left we had to wait and than they offered us extra champagne. we had a late flight back and It was no problem to check out much later ! terrific.

There’s a massive amount of food automatically delivered to you for breakfast…all beautiful but just to much and a lot was going to waste.

Great Hotel we walked to the Iguauzu Falls and to the Bird park, had a nice pool, quiet room and the Breakfast was outstanding Had dinner twice at the hotel which was very good. Nice Gym which we used The staff were excellent

Within easy walking distance of the Brazil side of the falls. The included breakfast was amazing in both quantity and quality, including the sparkling wine. All of the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and a 3:30pm late check out was happily accommodated. I checked out with a smile on my face.
