I wish they were a little more flexible with late check out. They only give you until 12:30pm and then have to charge you, even if you wanted to stay until 2pm.

Great hotel, I found it very comfortable and taken care of. The staff is very nice and helpful, they were able to accommodate one of my requests easily. I enjoyed that.

Building seemed to be under maintenance with exposed walls and wiring. The pool was closed so we didn’t get to see the view from the top floor.

Well located and with stunning views of the ocean. Great breakfast. Rooms had a good standard, were comfortable and clean.

The swimming pool was not open and looked like it was closed for a long time. The photos of the pool on the advertising should be removed as it is misleading.

The restaurant took a long time to make a salad and made it up, rather than giving what it said on the menu, however the food was excellent in general.

Great location across the road from the beach. Close to the city centre to see the history and culture or for a night out. Comfortable beds and the best shower I experienced in Brazil in 6 months!

The restaurant and the breakfast are reallllyyyy bad. You can pay a bit more or even the same price for a much better one. There is a AC leaking in the whole building, not kidding. On my floor, gym, and even a huge leaking on the window!!!! Also the toilet not so cleaned. Not sure how many stars is the hotel but I would say max 3.

Staff people are super friendly and can give you many valuable tips. There is also a gym but quite small but fine. The apartment with the ocean view is quite nice....

Very thin doors that did not insulate noises at all. Bad breakfast quality. My room was missing the microwave.

Sometimes the elevator is toooooo busy, in few times the wait even exceeded 20 minutes, every time when elevator door opened, it was full, so I had to take the stairs.

Only issue I had was trying to contact the reception through the phone, it wasn't working. Personally, it was not a big issue for me. Everything else was great.

Beatiful view, comfortable suite, it met up the expectations.

considering the level of the hotel, I was expecting the basic services: soap in the toilet, better organization during breakfast (dishes and cutlery not available)

I arrived almost when the bar was closing and I asked a bottle of wine on an ice bucket. Not only I needed to shuffle between the reception ( to buy the ICE and to request the bucket ) as the security needed to teach the reception what type of bucket to use. In the end they asked to grab my glasses from my room to drink the wine, WE WERE IN THE BAR for God sakes. Of course I refused and someone did it for us. Then a friend of mine was arriving and I requested another room. The price was higher than the price in booking.com and I was advised to make it through booking.com instead of them leveling out the price. Good for you Booking.com team. This is not a 4* Hotel, this is far worse than a 3 star in Porto de Galinhas. The pool was unavailable and there is no mention whatsoever in Booking.com. I imagine you were not informed.

I liked the valet service, he was pretty nice and he helped us immediately. The Staff on the bar were super friendly. Breakfast was ok, but there is nothing special and nobody to actually great and guide you there.
