Convenient hotel near the airport

The location is perfect if you have an early morning flight, 2 minutes from GIG. They have a free airport shuttle every 20 minutes. Rooms were clean, great value for money.

The windows of our room could benefit from being washed.

Excellent place for a long layover or if you don’t need to go into the city. The shuttle is very convenient and they offer a decent breakfast.

2 minutes drive to airport, which the hotel runs a minibus every 20 minutes . We was lucky that 2 big car hire companies were 5 mins walk away .

No restaurant or bar. If you are going to have bibles in the room, maybe you should also have material for all religions. This is the era of inclusivity not the 1950’s. Better yet, leave a small note in the room to say that any and all books of worship available at the front desk

There is no path/ pavement for pedestrians to walk to/ from the hotel. You can only reach the hotel by the free shuttle service (it says "Linx" and runs every 20 minutes from the departure area, door D). There is nothing to see and to do around the hotel.

Good location, just a few minutes from/to the airport by shuttle bus; very friendly and helpful staff; great customer service (they let me check-in a few hours earlier, because my room was already made); clean, well-equipped room with air conditioning and a fridge to cool beverages; very good breakfast.

Hygiene conditions of common areas could be better. Swimming pool open only until 19hs.

Proximity to the airport. Gym open 24hs. Free shuttle service from and to the airport every 20 minutes. Restaurant open until late. Early breakfast available.

Would like the AC on the hallways, not just the room, but I understand the desire to conserve energy.

Location, location, location!! Pretty good dinner (chicken parmigiana and soup), excellent breakfast at 530 am (especially the sausage!) to get ready for grueling 14.5 hour flights.

Absolutely inconvenient pillows with some fabric cover. Very unpleasant. Exterior look of the hotel is not nice.

Wish I knew there are no plugs for 110 use for phones. The jacks were for 220 only jacks. but some jacks you can get accommodate both 110 and 220 plugs. Other no wash cloths or hand towels in bathroom. Only 2 bath towels. Need hand towels and face wash cloths.

Hotel shuttle bus lacks a passenger side step making it difficult to get in and hazardous to get out.

Hotel reception staff wre friendly and efficient. Room was comfy. Breakfast was good.

There were only two towels in the bathroom, one per person. Also, the shampoos and conditioner were very poor quality.

The pool is great and the staff was very helpful. Also, having a free shuttle bus to the airport every 20 min is awesome!

It wouldn’t stop me from booking again but my only dislike of this property was the reception staff I dealt with. They had great English so it wasn’t a language barrier … they weren’t necessary rude but very much came across like they couldn’t be bothered. They weren’t very friendly or welcoming. I found this on check in and on checkout.

Great location right by the airport for a one night stay before / after flying. The free airport shuttle was also very much appreciated. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. No complaints on that front. The pool area is also very nice with loungers and table and chairs to relax. Handy to also have a bar by the pool area for drinks and snacks.

Would only stay here if you needed to get to the airport early / late - otherwise it far from Rio

Pool was closed when I arrived, which was 7 or 8pm. Pillows were super flat and towels were basic. It's not expensive to offer slightly better bedding.

Easy for taxi to find. Staff very fluent in English. Lots of English TV channels. Flight info channel.
