Coffee machine in restaurant needs replacing as regularly breaks down. Beds not made very well. Needed to explain several times that the sheets should go under the blankets and not the other way around!

Internet in the room was very weak. Not existing to be honest.

Staff was awesome. We arrived a bit earlier and the receptionist set us up with wifi so we could work. She also arranged that the tv in the lobby would show the EURO cup on my request. As soon as a room was available she handed us the key. The pool is heated and very clean. Nice place to relax a bit. We had dinner at the restaurant which was very good too.

The swimming pool did not have the intern lights working making it unsafe during the night, not secure for kids if they want to swim at night.

Wi-Fi was slow even in the room. The check-in process was a bit slow and they don't let my husband to accumulate the hotel points/enjoy a membership discount even he is a member of the hotel group. They said it's because I booked under my name, not my husband but other hotel groups allow me to do so.

Unfortunately the wifi was slow and sometimes the TV didn't work. I had to creat a hotspot in order to use the Smart TVs functions. The toilet door is not a real door, but a kind of swinging door. I did not like that especially when you are on your first dates.

The staff was really friendly and the room was very comfortable and quiet. The Minibar fridge had a decent size. I could easily put ice cream inside there and cool my water bottles. The shower was also large. I really liked that there was a cleaning service available for all my clothes. All in all a good hotel with lots of friendly people and activities inside the hotel.

the toilet doors don’t have handles on the inside so very hard to close them when you go do your business. the sink was clogged and the layout of the bathroom not comfortable: hard to sit comfortably on the toilet without bumping one’s head against the wall!

the vegetarian options on the menu were very limited and the restaurant staff did not come up with any options. the reception lady who spoke English helped us to translate with the restaurant staff.

insects and mosquitos. there are products that you can use to fix that, and not smelly sprays. I would highly recommend doing that. because the hotel is nice, and staff are good. small things can make a huge difference.

buffet was alright.. staff members were nice. Tobias at the reception was very helpful. when we didn’t like our rooms, they gave us new ones with a nice gift, so it shows that they actually care and listen to guests.

We stayed here one night. Hotel is outside the city centre. Has a outdoor swimming pool and place to play tennis. Spacious and clean room. Kind staff. Fast and stable wifi. Good breakfast.

We were unable to get most items we tried to order from room service as there was apparently something broken (an oven I think) in the kitchen.

It was very quiet and secluded. A really wonderful place to relax. The pool was great and we really enjoyed the breakfast.

Food in the hotel wasn't great (apart from the chocolate brownie for desert which was very yummy!) The location is quite far out but its good if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city
