We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

ArgentinaCleaning of the bedrooms./rooftop pool.They swipe the floor and make the bed, but do not mop the floor nor remove hair or stuff from the vanity or behind sanitary.
Staff, accomodations, location, aesthetic, everything is a 10. The rooftop pool is a 9. It would be a ten if they made better maintenance. Too many people and kids use it. It's normal to find big strains of hair floating to say the least.

FranceStaff was plain rude and aggressive. Same staff members deliberately made me feel uncomfortable every single day of my stay. I have complained to Booking and they have kindly contacted the hotel but Meridiano refused to answer Booking's emails and phone calls. Consider this fact this before you book. - Twin beds (two single beds) were ridiculously small (narrow) despite the huge size of the room which could easily accommodate four double beds. - Staff never seems to clean the roof top swimming pool, as the water is just disgusting. I have found it particularly hypocrite taking so many Covid precautions at the breakfast room and then eveybody is coughing and spitting and cleaning their noses in the same tiny pool and nobody seems to care. - They have built in a gigantic closet in the room but did not leave any cloth hangers. - Housekeeping starts cleaning activities very early, and they make a LOT of noise, don’t expect to sleep until late. - There is no noise isolation in the building. Literally and constantly you will hear door-banging and furniture-dragging noises. - Breakfast is OK but too many guests and way too much noise. *** Resuming: this hotel is NOT a good choice if you are looking to relax. Actually you may happen leave more nervous and tense than when you arrived.
Location is convenient. Nice view from the rooftop pool. Several good restaurants are at a walking distance. The beach is just across the road, although this is not necessarily the beach you want to be at.
