The breakfast spread was poor. There was no variety and in the five days we spent we were served the same for consecutive days.

The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. The location was a big plus as we were few streets away from Avenida Paulista. As much as there was a language barrier the front office and staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs.

The pool is not much more than an eye bath, not worth using. No bananas at breakfast some mornings. Not always a good selection of melon and no gluten free bread. The key cards to the lift didn't always work. However, these were all minor problems and wouldn't put me off returning.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. I asked for more hangers, and they came quickly. I asked for someone to show me how the tv worked, and again, they responded promptly. Reasonable choice of food for breakfast. On the first day, I asked for almond milk with my cereals and they said it was off, but one girl said if I gave her 6 minutes, she would go out & buy some for me, which she did and I had it every morning after. You can't say fairer than that! I would definitely go back again if staying in Sao Paolo.

Found black hair in a blanket that was supposed to be cleaned and packed. Cleaning staff always forgets to throw away trash from the kitchen, but in general, they clean well. The water pipes are super noisy, so you can hear all your neighbours taking shower day and night. The rooms are without soundproofing, and your tranquility depends on your luck.

The reception was super busy most of the time and could do with more staff. Key cards often stopped working which was annoying.

Was torn between AirBnB and a hotel as we wanted a kitchenette for baby bottles. Room was clean and facilities were better than expected, cor provided as requested together with linen for baby. Amazing shower!

OK gym but some equipments are not working properly, the window blinds are VERY weak!

We were put in rooms with two tiny single beds on the first night. When I asked for a proper bed on the second night, I was told I would have to pay an upgrade, and that no room with a proper bed was available. The last time that happened to me was in Soviet Russia in 1990. Other concerns? The pool is tiny. The breakfast room is tiny. The breakfast would be better in the enormous lobby and lobby cafe.

Overall the hotel was fine.

I had the luxury twin room. The room itself was quite basic but comfortable. It was fine just for me but I would not suggest it for a couple who are looking for something more romantic.

Staff are amazingly helpful and bring your luggage to your room for you. Breakfast was great - the restaurant was temporarily closed so I had breakfast on the top floor near the pool with a nice view. Location is very nice with trendy restaurants around and feels comfortable and safe. Room was spacious.

The check-in process could have gone smoother, given we had previously been there. And the bathroom needs to be updated or at least some of the facilities there should be changed.

I liked the location and the floor gave us an amazing view to SP. The staff was nice and spoke English really well. They adjusted to our request of adding another bed pretty fast.
