Nothing, I loved everything about this place.

Fantastic location, walking distance to all main beaches of this incredible island. The staff deserves a 10 out of 10 for their friendliness and kindness.. I loved in particular the sensation of peace and tranquillity immerse in the nature. Homemade breakfast is definitely a plus. I recommend Pousada Aquarela A LOT. I am sure I'll come back.

Bed sheets and towels could use some upgrade - but not a major problem.

Very cozy and welcoming vibe! The place is beautiful and owners make you feel at home. It is out of the busiest streets but within a short walk, making it a great place to relax. We stayed in the room with a balcony, which had a lovely view. Would definitely recommend!

It was a wonderful stay! Adrian and Julieta, helped us in everything and made our stay in Morro de Sao Paulo incredible. Their help, love and kindness are their hallmark. I highly recommend that if you travel to Morro, stay at Pousada Aquarel because you will feel at home. And their breakfast is incredible! !!!! I wish I could have stayed many more days! Thank you Julieta and Adrian for these days, they have been a dream!

The place is beautiful! Full of nature around and very well located! It’s close to both beaches, the main ones and the Gamboa side! The staff is amazing and treated us very well! The breakfast is delicious! All very nice!

The host Adrian and his family was absolutely amazing. The pousada was away from the busy street and it was surrounded by plants. Breakfast was delicious and the room was very comfortable. I recommend 👌

Adrian was so proactive and helpful, giving great local recommendations :) The location was fantastic, a short distance away from the main streets which meant it was quiet but still easy to get everywhere. All in all a super cute stay.

Great and super calm location. Adrian and the rest of the staff were very nice. Breakfast was amazing with a lot of different options. We had dinner at the place, and the burgers and beer were both really good.

This place is just perfect! Not far from the city center and the beaches but at the same time quiet and very relaxing. Adriano and his wife have been very welcoming since our arrival, making us comfortable and at home! The room had a wonderful view from the balcony where to chill, very clean. Breakfast is really good and with many options, furthermore the pousada has its own cervejeria and they do amazing empanadas! We love the stay and I highly recommend it! ☺️

The pousada is located nearby the center but still far away from the noise. The rooms have a balcony with a really great view into the green. The facility was clean and we felt very comfortable! Also the breakfast was super nice and delicious. Adrian and his family are very friendly and made us feel like home! Would always recommend to stay here if you want to be nearby the center but still have some nice quality time away from all the tourists.

Staff was very nice, the breakfast was excellent. The room was cleaned every morning and everything was tidy.

The hotel is composed of a few very comfortable bungalows.The view form the porch is beautiful, full of greenery everywhere. Lots of trees and clean air. The hotel is within a few meters from the main street and center of the village while in a quiet and peaceful location. Staff helpful and and savvy about the island, providing interesting tips.

The owners are exceptional as the staff. They make you feel at home. The breakfast is fantastic! They also have an artisanal craft beer and hamburger made in the bbq.

Although the room and bathroom were extremely clean, I think it's time for the pousada to invest in new towels for the guests :)

Adrien and his family make up an excellent staff! They helped us get to and leave Morro de São Paulo, offered great tips for beaches and restaurants, and were overall super friendly to all guests including ourselves. Breakfast is prepared on the fly, and it had different options of cakes and juices every day, while tapioca, mistos and scrambled eggs options were a lovely constant. The pousada is located in a great street in the village, close to all places of interest whilst in a quiet area (which Adrien assured remains quiet even on busy times like New Year's Eve). The green surroundings are lovely! Definitely recommend!
