We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

We stayed in the little house, it’s very charming and comfortable. Very good location. Breakfast was delicious every day! The staff is very friendly and caring.

PortugalThe girl at the front desk didn’t really make an effort to attend to our needs. We wanted help to book a transfer to Caraíva and she did try to make a few phone calls but she didn’t find a solution and kept suggesting absurd prices. I had to insist for two days in a row because she forgot to send us a WhatsApp updating us on the situation. We stayed one whole week, so there was enough time to help us but she didn’t really make an effort. Price-quality is highly inconsistent for everything in Trancoso and it’s true also for this accommodation.
Jequitibá is beautifully decorated and it’s a pleasure to wake up to. Room is spacious, clean and decorated with extremely good taste. Location is also ideal, just a few steps from Quadrado. Breakfast had a lot of variety and you can tell everything was homemade, I really appreciated that.

BrazilToilet kept blocking regardless of number 1 or 2 The only fault we had with an otherwise great place to stay. We complained on the second day of our almost week long stay to the owner and they said they would check it , but this promise went unfulfilled, so by the end of our stay it was becoming a pain really. A pity really as this led me to believe that this was an ongoing problem and they knew it wasnt an easy fix, poor form really! A stain on what was otherwise a great place to stay!!!

Italysuper small bathroom and noise. The suits have thin walls, and you can hear everything, from the room next door room. From conversations to bathroom noises, it seems they are inside your room. Makes difficult to sleep
