The location is fantastic and the people.

It is very simple, could use some improvement, and some deep cleaning.

Breakfast was good but quite limited and the space for breakfast in front of the bar is small and not quite a place to eat. It was like a reception area for guests to sit and have a drink. Ate breakfast with your hands. No plates. But no complain. At least breakfast was included. It served the purpose as a budget hostel. Staff were generally nice and helpful if you asked.

It's a bit difficult to find even with GPS. Very narrow entrance. My blabla car driver drove inside the hostel to drop me off. But when he backed off the entrance, he hit the fence on the bumper. Too narrow for cars. Cars can park inside the hostel which made it a bit cramped. The whole area is sandy. That means things can be dusty even inside the room. Mosquitoes existed as usual everywhere in Brazil. The kitchen was the socializing place when you cook. But not enough space if several people cook at the same time. Very cozy and a bit hilly hostel.
