My air conditioner is a bit noisy

Breakfast was very good, good selections to choose from. Front desk Staff, Restaurant Service, here are excellent, very attentive and takes their time to explain so that they are clearly understood. Room is always very neat, floor is always ‘sand free’ though I know, not intentionally, bring them into my room daily.

The lifts were always busy, so you ended up waiting for them for a long time. Otherwise I have no complains!

Breakfast had a variety of traditional breakfast options. The room were nice and clean. The location at copacabana was great.

Our room had loud AC, this really interrupted peaceful sleeping. One lift was under maintenance, sometimes the queue took time

Is a small hotel and looks need more maintenance with some facilities but worth the price and location. Buffet breakfast was great also.. very sorted from Al kind of fruits and breads, even sparkling wine. Love it

Probably the lifts,they are a real problem.. As the doors closed far too quickly. They could easily do injury if you are not quick enough to leave the lift. Apparently we were told the problem is under review.

Location is excellent, near Copacabana beach, close to a lot of stores for every need. The room was cleaned up every day, the bed was comforting & the bathroom was full of space, Im very picky with noise and slept very well for a whole week. The air conditioning is very noisy because they use very old equipment (I think is like that is almost every hotel/building) The breakfast is included and offers fruits, cakes & juices of good quality, the scramble eggs mix is not my favorite but it is a good breakfast overall.

Noise from the street, even with the double windows, made it difficult to sleep for a light sleeper like me (even with earplugs, though the fan helped). Traffic on that street was not too bad at night but started up very early in the morning. I should have requested a quiet room when I booked. I did after the first of 4 nights but they were unable to move us to the quieter side of the building. (However, they did give us 2 rooms next to each other, which was the special request we made - can't have it all!)

The location was very convenient - right across the street from a Bike Itaú rental and a metro station; a few blocks from the beach. The restaurant next door had great food and live music. The view from the rooftop area was great. We didn't use the pool or gym but they looked great. The breakfast buffet had something for everyone! The staff were friendly and very helpful. We also appreciated the late check-out option, as we had a 1 AM flight.

Roof top pool was ICY cold, we were the only guests up there that dared to go in. (We did go during Brazils winter, but temps still in high 70’s/low 80’s) Room only had 2 pillows. Hallway outside room was a bit musty smelling and a bit low lit.

Lobby staff were helpful, as we didn’t speak much Portuguese. Helped us book a boat tour of nearby islands the night before the tour. Room was nice, good AC. Nice shower pressure. Breakfast spread pretty big, eggs, cheese, breads and lots of fruit variety. Location awesome! 10 min walk from beach. Lots of shops/dining options in walking distance. Roof top pool stunning!

It's a challenge to find proper English speaking receptionists at the hotel. Iron is not being provided, people are charged for it as an additional service. No water at rooms, only at minibar for which the hotel charges.

The service. On the pool usually there is nobody and you can just order drinks. Also I tried to pay my consumption in advance the night before the check out because I was leaving at 5am and they didn't let me do that saying that only takes 30 seconds but in the end the guy at the front desk in the morning started asking a lot of things and I was late to the airport.

The location and the pool are very good. It's a great value for the price. The rooms are according.

Some staffs are bad attitude,no smile,not helpful.

Good location. Metro station is very close(1or2min.)and many restaurants,cafe, supermarket etc.around the corner. Room has a enough space and view from rooftop is sooo nice.

There could have been more English speaking channels. The weight room could have been better as the machines are too old.

The hotel staff was excellent. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The were not many English speaking TV channels and all of the channels were not available. The breakfast was good and the juices were excellent (fresh squeezed). The hotel was close to the MERTO. The Premier Copacabana Hotel afforded me an excellent stay and I would return.
