The hallway to the rooms was a bit too dark.

It’s very expensive and the breakfast wasn’t good at all. The waiters for breakfast were not properly trained as they did not know how to respond for recommendations.

The art and interiorism is truly remarkable, rooms are fantastic. The bar is great and staff is very friendly and willing to provide good recommendations.

The hotel didn’t feel very pedestrian friendly, to go in and out on foot you have to walk pass right next to a line of cars coming in the valet line driveway since there is no designated sidewalk or path. During peak hours like weekend evenings the car lines can be long from non-guests dining in the hotel amazing restaurants, so we asked to be dropped off outside of the hotel and walk in. This is a city hotel in an classic São Paulo area, being able to access the streets is a huge plus in my personal opinion, but I understand in a high end hotel like this guests may prefer leaving and arriving in a car.

The building’s history alone is amazing, it was great to return to that same location in Brazil after years and see great improvement and how they kept the original structure while adding some amazing architecture features in the middle of the city. Staff is very friendly and not over the top.

Rosewood might be the best hotel in Brazil. However, its breakfast consistently disappoints. You are at the mercy of the servers actually serving you food. No buffet, so no variety. Bread always came after we were done eating.

The size of the room was very small compared to what you pay for, the entrance was difficult to find for Ubers so they frequently got lost, I prefer a buffet style breakfast

Waters in the room should be free, a high class hotel in these costs should think their customers hydration and should provide free water. That’s like that in all best hotels all over the world.

There's no other place to stay in Sao Paulo! This is the best hotel. I've been fortunate to have a chance to stay in many hotels around the world but this is so far the best. The quality , the service, the food , the space ! Everything makes this hotel very special. I've stayed there many times and it's always difficult to leave the place. Massive thanks for helping me celebrate my birthday with some brazilian brigadeiros and a beautiful view of the garden! I can't wait to be back. Thanks Rosewood

When we went for breakfast at 09.30h there was no space available for us. We had to wait ca. 25 minutes. For hotel guests this is not acceptable!

The breakfast restaurant is nice decorated and the food is delicious. The staff was friendly, but not very attentive

Too many unnecessary standing bodyguards security every corner of the hotel, which make the place look like a cheap casino, and they make the guest uncomfortable.

The rosewood is one of my favourite hotel, i was surprised of the artistic design on this hotel which i love. The crystal relax room is my favourite. Pool area is fun to be and they have few private cabana and they offer hookah smoking service which was great. The room overal was great. The breakfast in room service was delicious.

The first night I stayed there was a wedding at the church that partied all night, couldn’t sleep well and when I woke up to go have coffee some drunk people from the parties where in the halls yelling. It’s fine, wasn’t an issue but a bit of an annoyance.

It has great amenities and ambience, good price and offers you good restaurants. Overall good experience.

There were some renovations going on so the breakfast area looked smaller than last time we visited and we had breakfast in the restaurant rather than in the main lobby area. Our eggs were served cold so we asked for them to be a bit hotter but on second attempt they were also cold. The staff was apologetic but it would have been a very simple thing to get right.

This was a return visit to the Rosewood based on our previous experience. Everything about this place ticks all the boxes. Beautiful rooms, great attention to detail, pet friendly, nice restaurants.
