Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The building seemed half commercial, half residential, and the lifts were uncomfortably small and old.
Staff were very friendly and even gave me a map when I asked for help finding an ATM. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Manaus Theatre and restaurants.

The lift was very small and outdated, and my husband had a claustrophobic episode while using it :(
Staff were very friendly and the location is great, just a short walk from the Manaus Theatre and several pubs like Tambaqui de Banda :D

The reception desk was open 24/7 - important as our flight arrived at 2:30am. We had a room on the 12th floor with a great view of the city. The staff were nice and helpful. The room was clean and as pictured. Definitely a good value!

The fan air con could not be moved . Internet was completely out of service during a whole day I was there out of the 3 days I stayed. I missed one day work as I relied on the internet from the hotel. The door know broke and got stuck. The fridge was old and worked off . The corridors and lift were filthy . The swiming pool was right next to the breakfast room. Felt odd to use it, so I did not. I had the impression on the pictures that it was in a relaxed area. Disappointing.
I liked that the bed was good and clean and the lighting was relaxing . Staff was helpful and nice. Breakfast was delicious. Strong drip coffee. Abundance of local and continental food. I enjoyed it. Near the historic centre tho the streets to the main square were a little iffy. I felt safe though. I normally do as used to traveling alone, but would be best to go out in pairs .

Elevator noise in the 13th floor was not ideal but also not too bad.
Great hotel for a short stay to explore Manaus before you go on an Amazon tour. Breakfast is basic but good, rooms have an amazing view of the city (however, 13th floor rooms are not the most quite ones due to the elevator) - good location, in walking distance to main plaza which is also safe in the evening. Pool was nice!

There are no hot water in some rooms
Staff are very helpful. My travel agency screwed up my flight schedule , instead of taking a confirmed flight , I had to stand by the last flight to Manaus and end up arriving in Manaus 3am in the morning without any hotel reservation. Good thing that Saint Paul offer 24hrs check in, a female staff was on duty that day in June 9 early morning, I was so exhausted and her warm welcome really eased my frustration caused by my travel agency

We did ask for early Check-in understood.That was due to availability and it was not available, which was okay.So we returned at two o'clock for check in and it still was not done.
The suite was very comfortable.Bathrooms were large and had good water.Pressure , the air conditioner was turned on before we entered , so the room was comfortable on entering.

Lift was a bit slow/erratic so we ended up using the stairs when we didn’t have heavy bags (good for the step count up to 6th floor!)
Convenient location a short walk from Teatro Amazonas. We arrived at 2am and the lady on reception couldn’t have been more helpful. Comfortable rooms and good breakfast.

WiFi not stable. Although in the 11 floor - you can hear everything from outside. It's extremely noisy. There was only one working elevator for the whole hotel - at peak times you have to wait some time. There were some power and water outages when we were there, we think they fixed it now.

One of the lifts wasn't working so you sometimes had to wait a long time for the lift and sometimes it was already full so you had to wait again! Also the restaurant isn't open weekends and I arrived on a Saturday after a very long and exhausting journey all the way from London, too tired to go out and find somewhere else to eat
Good, comfortable hotel in an excellent location, just a short walk from the Teatro Amazonas. The staff were helpful and the price was very reasonable. Best thing was the view from my room, overlooking the historic centre and Teatro Amazonas with the Rio Negro in the distance

Nice hotel in good place near center of the city, helpfull receptionists (we could stay in the hotel after check-out to wait to our night flight) and very good breakfast with a lot of local pastries

The neighbourhood seems ran down. There are lots of ants in the room. There is no sheet on the bed, which is kind of weird.
Close to the centre. Stuffs speak well English and are helpful.

THe water slide was none operational all the time we were there

More menus in English in the restaurant

I didn't like the terrible faucet in bathroom. It worked temporary and with the strong force that water was splitting around the bathroom and me
