We stayed in a "superior" apartment for 4 nights. The hotel is pretty old. They refused to supply fresh bathtowels and were pretty burocratic in general. Also made us pay half a room rate for a late checkout. Wifi was poor in the room. There was also a prolonged power outage.

Breakfast, Lunch and dinner way overpriced and poor. Several better options in the vicinity.

Simple but comfortable apartment. Unbeatable location. Flexible regarding check-in/check-out times. Friendly and helpful staff.

We should have gotten there a day earlier.

This is a must use location. The apartment was phenomenal. The living space is large, the amenities are many, it was clean and comfortable, the view from our room was incredible, the food was delicious, the location perfect for us (Shopping Eldorado is 10 minutes away), the staff excellent, but go for the shower. That was the best part. What a way to unwind. I would absolutely stay here again.

It was not so clear, not only the room, but very noise. Room (94B), wardrobe missing door, needles were visible and dangerous, very old AC loud and smelt burnt when turned on, moody /dirty courtains. We have changed the apartment after first night, next looked a bit improved (nothing broken) but still not really very clean. Also the elevator doors were very dirty. I understand it's difficult to keep walls and curtains clean due to pollution, but cleanness is not a priority in this place. During weekend there is no restaurants open within walking distance from the hotel. There is a restaurant but breakfast is not included:TV runs loud all the time personal watched something loud in his mobile, not nice for dinning. If you are sensitive to noise and cleaness is important to you, there much better places to stay.

For family it would be perfect for the size. People in the reception and security are friendly. Good bakery open 24 h walking distance. Good location with connection to train / respective metro stations, shopping centers & restaurants. Pool for the children small area to play for children close by. Laundry & vendor machine.

The bathroom is dated and sometimes smelly due to old plumbing. The couch on the living room needs to be replaced. Disappointed when I asked for more clean towels and was informed they only replace it every 3 days.

Friendly staff, nice Gym, convenient for long stays.

The best hotel I ever been in Sao Paulo at a reasonable price. My apartment was at 23 floor with great view. Very large with a fully function kitchen. There is also a fitness, spa and pool available. Parking is not included but quite cheap. Also breakfast is not included but you can prepare by yourself in your apartment or just outside the hotel there are many bars. Many cheap buffet at lunch time and nice restuarant in the evening around. It is 5 minutes walking from Berrini metro station.
