check-in process took far more too long, and we booked for three single beds, and once we finally got into our room, the beds are not ready.

location is great, the most expensive neighbourhood.

Pool and gym are very small. Breakfast is ok but not outstanding.

Great and safe Location for the bars, nightlife and restaurants. Walking distance to Av. Paulista. Much better than expected after reading comments of guests. Nice, quiet room, good views, large bed.

The rooms and halls are in desperate need of renovation. There is a weird smell in rooms. Towels, blankets and sheets are overused and stained. No heating.

Just a note: the rooms don't have heating so in winter they may be too cold. Toilet Douche has only cold water. They didn't clean the room one day of our stay.

LOCATION! Very good area = Jardins Near restaurants, bars, shops, museums, etc A good 4 * hotel. Big and comfortable rooms, free wifi, good cost/benefit. Rooms at the back not noisy so good night's sleep. Excellent breakfast and restaurant very good too. We had a late lunch on the day we arrived and the food was delicious! Polite and helful sevice

The rooms and the whole hotel are a little bit dirty. In the room there were hairs on the bed and also many of them on the floor. In the bathroom also hairs. The wooden interior was already defect due to humidity. But all together the room was ok.

Location ist good to reach some nice restaurants and a near by conference center. Breakfast was really nice and delicious.

If you are travelling with baggage, be aware about steep streets which you have to walk to/from nearest metro station.

Location of the hotel is nice, city district is safe, it is easy to get to other places. Hotel itself is nice.

The lady who was doling out the luggage from the storage room when I was leaving on Sunday from the airport had a grumpy attitude. When I tried to help her out by pointing out my bag to her, she snapped at me. Also, there should be more towels and body soap in the washroom.

The breakfast was very good and the gentleman who checked me in on Friday night was terrific - nice and helpful.

This time the air conditioning was leaking but as I spent just one night there, the problem was noticed when I woke up and was time to leave.

Normally it's "my hotel" in Sao Paulo as is nearby MASP(Modern Art Museum Sao Paulo), Paulista Avenue, Trianon Park, the trendies Oscar Freire St(shops) and Haddock Lobo (restaurants) and Augusta St (has a bit of everything) and the rooms are not small. The breakfast is very good. The staff is nice, the wifi I have no complaints and they have an express check out.

try not to get in early unless you are willing to pay for the early check-in (1/2 day).

Location, you can walk to many shops and many places, quiet yet busy area, lovely flea market on Sunday, free WIFI, and yes you can take the bus from the GRU airport to the renaissance Hotel and after 3 minutes walk, be here.

I wanted to break my flight back to the UK in Sao Paulo, but didn't fancy an airport hotel. The Mercure Jardins filled the bill admirably. Although the hotel exterior is somewhat inauspicious, my room was large, comfortable and well appointed. The property is located in a vibrant area of town, full of bars and cafes---though more Camden than Mayfair in London terms

The rooms were pretty basic in the sense that they did not have any tea /coffee maker in the room which was kind of unacceptable for a business traveller like me. Also the fact that there was not even a bottle of water given without charge looked a little out of place.

Liked the location,, the friendly staff & their willingness to assist. The wifi was excellent, the rooms were maintained well.

We arrived at 7:30 am and they offered to give us a room, if we paid for an extra night. Otherwise we had to wait until 11:30 or so. Had they said pay $25 CDN we would have done it but not $100. We waited by leaving our stuff with them and going by taxi to the soccer museum. They let us have the room just after 11:30, so not too bad.

We liked that we could walk to Avenue Paulista and many nice restaurants within a couple blocks. We felt safe in the area. The rooms had been updated, the wifi was fast and free, breakfast was great.

Rooms: I booked double, got a twin. The same happened to my two colleagues. Single beds are small, old and not very comfortable. The entire furnishing of rooms could get an upgrade, it’s ok but not 4 stars. After two nights I moved to another hotel.
