Our room was modern and immaculate. The staff were very friendly and gave us local recommendations. The hotel has direct access to a beautiful beach. The hotel has chairs and parasols and will deliver food and drinks to the beach. We also enjoyed the breakfast. All in all, an excellent stay!

Location was fabulous and right on the beach. The hotel provided umbrellas and seats for the beach along with drink and food service. The buffet breakfast was large and varied. Eggs could be cooked to order. The front desk was very helpful and arranged an airport pick up. My room was promptly cleaned everyday. I enjoyed my balcony with an oceanview.

While the location and helpfulness of the staff were positives, I noticed an opportunity to enhance the guest experience further. Improving the English communication skills of some staff members could significantly benefit international guests. Additionally, a refresh of the rooms, particularly the bed linens, would contribute to a more modern and luxurious feel.

We loved the location, steps away from the stunning Jurerê beach. The staff were a highlight – incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Being so close to the sand and perfect walking paths made it a truly enjoyable experience.

Loved the location. Daily meticulous cleaning. Exceptional breakfast with delicious made to order omelettes and tapiocas and changing special snacks and cakes. Great fresh juices and drinks. Amicable staff. Pool is super shallow and warm -if looking for a good pool I’d avoid. Rooms super clean but basic and no view. Also, after some back and forth couldn’t schedule massage. Overall great stay and value though.

Breakfast is good - restaurant right in the hotel - buffet, excellent juices, variety - the menu although repeated but at reasonable intervals.

Everyone was so friendly. From the receptionist to the servers. Everyone went out of their way to make sure you were enjoying yourself. They did a great job with everyone who they hired here. Loved that the beach was right there and they brought chairs for you to sit on the beach.

Accommodation for 2 is very small; it has become a hotel setup, you don't have kitchen or extra room in the accommodation as used to be. It is not a cabin set up, unless you choose to stay at one of the remaining cabins, which we would recommend for a family (even though you miss the ocean view - but the common area gives you plenty of view!)

Friendly staff, excellent Location, great food at the restaurant and breakfast is great too! Cabins are great! Close to supermarket, pharmacy, all amenities. Great atmosphere!

Mosquitos bite us on first night but hotel supplied us the electrical devices and we adopt a behavior to close doors at end of the day and the situation became controlled. Swimming pool is too hot on warm days and only with 80 cm depth. anyway the beach is at 5 meters away and it was not needed.

We were located at this beautiful beach, staff always available to support us on everything, inclusive to set up a space for us with beach chairs and sun umbrellas. Also the restaurant has the food and drinks we want to have a pleasent stay. Breakfast is very good and we had also lunches and dinners and we rate them as good. Facilities are not luxury but simple, clean and with all basic comfort fulfilled

The rooms were very small and we had no room to put our suitcases. The bathroom was tiny as well. No space to put toiletries. Bad toilet plumbing as well. Plastic furniture in the room was uncomfortable and the bed was uncomfortable as well.
