There was no coffee. The rooftop bar was advertised as being open from 5.30 pm to 11.30 pm every night but on the 2 nights we were there, the bar was closed by 9.30p. I went to the reception to complain, the receptionist rang the bar and someone answered and told the receptionist that they were open. I went back up and there was not a soul in sight. I waited 10 minutes, again nobody turned up. There is nowhere to get a drink. They advertise room service but when we went to use it they told us they didn't do it. HOWEVER, when leaving the hotel, we had drank 5 bottles of water from the mini bar which cost 25R$ but they tried to bioll ne for 65R$. When I questioned it they said it was for their service. WHAT SERVICE, NO BAR, NO ROOM SERVICE????????????????

Not a lot to be honest only location for a good restaurant nearby.

Rooms in Tower 1 are quite small and dated. Tower 2 has been updated, it is also the Tower with breakfast and the pool in it. There was not a huge choice of restaurants near Best Western. You will need to get a cab as restaurants are spread all over town. There are huge hotels closer to the Falls. It seems that many tourists bus in, eat in their hotel and leave.

Best Western is close to the Bus station to catch bus to the Brasilian side of the Falls and to catch the bus to Argentina side of the Falls. There is a supermarket 2 blocks away. Staff speak some English and are very helpful.

The breakfast is good. Perhaps a little broader variety of food options would be widely appreciated.

The room was small and adapted to a solo traveler, but it was comfortable and clean. The cleaning staff do an excellent job. The reception staff are very nice and knowledgeable and always ready to help the guests. The hotel is very conveniently located near a very good restaurant and the bus terminal station. From the bus station you can easily catch the buses to go to the Iguazu Falls, both in the Brazilian and in the Argentinian side.

Like most hotels in Foz do Iguaçu, it is pretty far (30 min) from the National Park or the water falls, which means you have to take a taxi every time you go there...

The sound insulation is pretty poor so you can hear everything that happens in the corridor-my tip for the hotel would be to provide customers with earplugs. Some items in the breakfast were of poor quality (particularly bread rolls)- I wish they would invest into having smaller selection but of better quality.

This is a great place to stay! The location is perfect, very close to the main bus terminal where you can get buses to both sides of the falls. We also got a nice upgraded room- it had a small living area and jacuzzi. Housekeeping did the best job-room was thoroughly cleaned daily and towels were made into different animals. Nice! Coffee for breakfast was nicest we had in Brazil. Excellent value for money!

The walls of the rooms were rather thin as we could hear voices from the corridor in our room. It was especially very noisy on our 2nd night when a large tour group checked-in in the middle of the night. Come morning, the whole dining room was full with no spare cleaned tables for our breakfast. Noticed some staff were busy chatting away instead of clearing the tables quickly.

All the reception staff were very polite & helpful. They went out of their way to provide services as best as they could with some limitation on the English language. The hotel also provide many computers for use, including a printer. The breakfast spread is extensive, with hot & cold food. Location-wise, it is about 2 blocks away from the Bus terminal. Breakfast - we were expecting much more for this money and type of hotel. It was ridiculous - just fruit, some baked stuff but without taste, no fresh juice, only concentrate. Really dissapointed. We had a window into some corridor with aircondition and "industry area".

Fine place, nice new hotel, staff spoke English, room small but neat and clean. Quiet place. Nice bathroom.

    nothing. everything is very good.

Beautiful lovely comfortable room: big spacious & clean. Excellent location, very close to bus terminal station (10min walk), catch a bus directly to Iguazu falls terminal station, bus fare very cheap only Reals $3. The same bus also stops at airport. Front desk gentlemen staff speak excellent English, very helpful, kind & friendly.A big supermarket nearby (about 15min walk). There is a money changer Inside the supermarket where you can exchange currency with good rate. Breakfast is good starts from 4 am, the earliest breakfast time we've ever experienced.

It was very noisy. You could hear people on the hallway, the opening and closing of doors. Also the window was directed towards a wall, so had no view whatsoever.

The proximity to the public bus station which brings you to the airport and the waterfalls for abt €1. Also 24/7 reception was very convenient and the restaurant at the corner offered good value for money. Also clean rooms and nice room service.

It would have been better to have a power socket next to the bed instead of having to get equipment charged at the desk.

Cosy room in the newly refurbished new wing. New furniture and room is clean. Breakfast is acceptable.

Room had view of brick wall 1 metre away and very closed in. Noisy air conditioner in our room Soap wasn't replenished daily and soap in shower dispenser ran out the second day

Comfy bed Great breakfast Handy location for transport Close to cheap restaurants. Most staff were very helpful and friendly.
