The room was right next to the elevators and the constant "ping" of the elevators you could hear in the room and started to annoy me in the mornings after a few days as it is quite loud. The music in the hall i could not hear...

Very good breakfast options and friendly staff. At the reception they talk English very well. The beds and bathroom are very nice and sufficient size for moving around. The location is great, very good restaurants close by and nice shopping location.

There are 2 major construction works happening in neighbouring buildings on each side of the hotel. I was disappointed that I was not preinformed about this. At times the noise was disruptive. Bathroom in the room needed some attention ... peeling paintwork around the sink.

There are building works all around the hotel and the windows are not insulated. The rooms are noisy.

Very good location in the heart of Itaim, close to Ibirapuera and to many excellent restaurants and bars. very comfortable bed, good shower. excellent breakfast. Nice sports room and outside pool in the rooftop.

Room a bit clinical. Not suitable for families as no extra beds. Building site next door, not their fault but I think they should discount the rooms on that side as noise starts from 7am

Some of the bathrooms in the public areas were not very clean; 3 construction sites surrounding the hotel and therefore quite noisy; some of the gym equipments need maintenance.

the room service at night around midnight was terrible. the food was served on a cafeteria style tray and plastic cups and the food was subpar i ordered a burger medium with caramelised onions and it was well cooked and no onions. My boyfriend had a sandwich with pulled pork which was like a day old dry and unappetising. everything else was great except that.

Insufficient noise isolation from the outside. Lots of noise from the street and passing airplanes in low altitude.
