The restaurant has incredible tasty and delicious food and great cocktails to enjoy the sunset. The staff is very friendly and always happy to help. We can only highly recommend this amazing resort !

BrazilI must start by saying that the location of the hotel is perfect, in front of Malhada beach, a deserted beach with easy access to the center from the back exit of the hotel! The staff are fantastic! Super kind! By the end of our stay, they already knew our preferences! Airton, Rafael and Manoel took care of us so well that we wanted to stay longer! The service made ALL the difference on our honeymoon trip! We had several meals at the hotel simply because it is the best food in Jeri! The hotel staff helped us to book the tours and airport transfers. Oh, I can't forget to talk about the massage! I also highly recommend! Anyway! If you are looking for days of rest, with impeccable service, good drinks and good food, this is the place!!!

United KingdomTruly I cannot think off anything...Perhaps one thing to note is that the pool is lovely but not very big so for swimming lengths it is not appropriate. The beach is only moments away though so really the warm sea is an excellent alternative!!
The Chili Beach is simply the most beautiful hotel in the area as far as we could tell!! Small with only six lovely rooms, it felt like a home away from home for the week we stayed. All staff with no exception ( including reception, restaurant - morning, day and evening-, cleaners, spa, security...) could not have been kinder or more helpful or welcoming to us all. It was especially beautiful to witness how our son with Down Syndrome was so warmly embraced..both in the hotel and in Brazil in general..it made us all tearful at times. The hotel is perfectly located right off the beach. Incredible scenery all around, amazing walks for miles in the most spectacular landscape, surfing for beginners to advanced on the doorstep and Jericocoara...well all I can say is that it is simply worth going to to experience yourselves!! And if you are able to stay at the Chili beach you will not be disappointed!!

IsraelVery nice tastefuly-decorated room with a lovely sitting area infront, overlooking the pool and the sea in the distance. There was a rather large yard near the room but as it was a bit gloomy we didn't use it (a bit of a waste as the bathroom inside the room is quite small and dark - I wonder why not make a great large bathroom on expense of this empty yard). The staff - one of the nicest and friendliest I ever met!! All the young people who work in this hotel are a pleasure! I was very impressed by how adorable they were. The food - EXCELLENT. Bravo to the chef. It is a small property, not really top luxury or oozing charm but quite lovely and intimate and you can feel everybody is going out of their way to make your stay wonderful plus the location is amazing, very quiet and peaceful away from the noise of the village center- We loved it.

SwitzerlandIncredible discrepancy between photos on website and reality. We booked a sea view suite for 500 USD per night. Reality, you get a dark 10sqm room where it s almost impossible to open 2 suitcases linked to a super tiny bathroom located 4m from restaurant, pool and kitchen (morning/evening noise). The "private" patio offers zero privacy. Shower outside doesnt even work. When we arrived, we were informed that today they are hosting a private sunset event with DJ, artists and close to 100 people (COVID - everyone without masks even some waiters). Techno music during our massage. They took furniture from our suite to seat the guests, impossible/inattentive service. Had to leave the place in the evening to have dinner somewhere else. For us of course it s a never again but we d like to warn other travelers not to fall into the same trap. We have been living in Brazil for almost 10 years but this was definitely our worst night in a pousada/hotel this price level. If you want to stay at this beach (which is fantastic and quiet), I d recommend Hurricane next door. A different world in both price/quality and service.
