Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

For future business travel room I stayed in needed a wardrobe, closet or coat hanger for clothes.
Abillity to early check-in after long travel. Courtesy water, juice, and soft drinks great. Phenomenal hot water.

The bedsheets and towels are very worn out, very thin and needing to be changed. The bedsheets had some stains, we didn't get a blanket and hand towels until asked for it twice. The room was comfortable, yes, but the bedsheets and furniture are needing some upgrades. My mum was in the other room, and even though we booked the same type of room for both of us, she got a better room than we did (a couple) with a bigger bed. Still, was good enough for us. Then, we had a flight cancellation and decided to stay one more night. We came late in the night to checkin again, and the room we got was MUCH older, much more worn down, smaller, even the pillows were not as good as the previous room. Luckily we had the good experience earlier in the other room, otherwise if he had experienced only this last room, we probably wouldn't come back.
The room was spacious, bed was comfortable and great pillows. The free minibar items were a plus. The view of the room was nice, in general it was quiet, and the staff was very sweet and welcoming, especially Luis from front desk and the staff from breakfast. The rooms weren't ready when we arrived, so the reception gave us free drinks from the bar to wait for the rooms to be ready (which happened in about 20 minutes). Breakfast was amazing, with lots of choices for every taste, and it had a lot of local flavors, which were a great experience for my husband who is a foreigner. The location is amazing, nearby some of the best pubs of the city, across the street from the mall and lots of attractions, easy to go anywhere.

This is really a great hotel for the price. We generally stay at places rated 9.0 or higher on Booking.com, but we tried this place because it was in the neighborhood we wanted to stay in and the price was great. And we ended up really loving the place. Very clean, comfortable room, great staff, good breakfast, and their policies are extremely favorable for their guests (2:00 PM checkout which they say you can extend for free, breakfast goes until 11:00 AM, free waters and soft drinks in the refrigerator). It's a great choice for the price in a very good area.

The hotel completely met my expectations. Room was extremely clean and spacious, bed was very comfortable, and the location was perfect for my needs. The staff was very attentive and, overall, extremely nice. Breakfast was excellent.

It suited my needs - was well placed for where I had to get to, I loved the fact that check out was not till 2pm which was ideal. It was easy to organise a taxi to the airport at a good rate, the restaurant was good for both dinner and breakfast and I have no complaints. I especially liked that the restaurant had both indoor and outside tables. It was easy to get to and near Shopping Centres. The room had all that was needed for a short stay.

The $40.00 Brazilian dollar charge per day for parking
The room was small but cozy. The meals were delicious and not too pricy. The breakfast was delicious. It was close to my dr. appointment.

The mattress of the bed was very old. The toilet gets clogged easily.
