We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomBreakfast takes too long and too much food put on the tables. Delicious food congratulations to the chef. There would be less waste if the food was laid out on one central table for guests to help themselves, staff could then ask “how would you like your eggs”. Less waste equals higher profits for hotel. For example with tea on my table I was then brought hot chocolate to drink and also herbal tea?
The welcome from staff was excellent. The chocolates and gift bag was a lovely surprise. The gym, sauna and jacuzzi were most useful and well designed. The layout of the hotel with panoramic views was brilliant. I enjoyed the hammock. Thank you for the tea/coffee area and especially for the English breakfast black tea!! The only hotel of ten so far in Brazil to have black tea, all English people love it. Towels for trips was an excellent idea.

United KingdomBeautiful hotel with great attention to detail. Can't believe what good value it was for all that you get from this hotel. The view was amazing and simple walk into town. The owner knows how to do a hotel. We stayed on weekday so need to be quite at 10pm that was the only downfall as we were not really ready for bed at this time.

FranceLocation is not the best, but it is very minor as Lençois is a perfectly safe city. You can always take a 5/10-min walk to or from the city center, even after dinner.
Top service, very warm staff members making you feel like a VIP guest. Original breakfast, everything is served at the table (very fine and tasty food), not a buffet like always.

BrazilThe only criticism would be the restaurant. I ate there twice and the food was expensive and, to be honest, only ok. I travelled with a vegetarian and there were NO vegetarian options in the restaurant, let alone vegan ones. They did offer to make a vegetarian dish, but it came out when me and my other friend had already finished. The restaurant itself is very beautiful indeed, but the food and menu needs work.
The breakfast was simple wonderful! The owner of the hotel makes the breakfast a truly unique experience. Wonderful food and spectacular cakes! The hotel staff are very friendly and kind. The outside area of the hotel, are very calm and relaxing. The bar offers great drinks at good prices. The general atmosphere in the hotel is calming and we didn't want to leave. There were lots of little extras such as welcoming chocolates and afternoon tea. Also, an unmistakable sense of a hotel that goes the extra mile for guest comfort. I truly loved my stay here and would certainly visit again.
