The staff could have been a bit more friendly & attentive. The food was extremely good, but it would have been better if the menu had more variety.

The only part could be improved is that the reception could be more warm to the guests.

The room are very spacious, very clean and very comfortable. The services are considerate, they even arrange a routine to help guests to prevent Mosquitos. They also provide a big bottle of watter for free in the mini bar. It has a third party restaurant right inside the posada which is super nice, perfect food and drink. It is 20 minutes walk from the centre, which you can access to it easily along the beach.

The swimming pool could be a bit cleaner I prefer an open buffer than being served everything in the breakfast, it's faster and easier

Staff is well trained and goes the extra mile. The beach in front of the hotel is amazing, ideal for babies and kids. They provided a crib, bath tub and other facilities for babies which was really nice.

- The breakfast was served at a surprisingly late time (7:30h) compared to other hotels in Brazil. The first boat to Salvador departs at 9:00, so on our check-out day we had to eat in a rush and pretty much run to the port to get it on time. Also the sun rises and sets very early in the island, so 7:30 felt a bit late if you want to make most of the sunlight. - Since most of the guests were showing up for breakfast at its open time, the orders were often a bit delayed. This was most noticeable on our checkout when we had only 30min to eat and we were the first guests to sit. During that period we were only able to get 2 tapiocas and 1 pancake

- The Villa is a small paradise, with a beautiful garden and in front of the best beach in the island - The rooms are very spacious, clean and offer everything needed for a pleasant stay - Good breakfast with a lot of options

Absolutely nothing

Everything is excellent and very well thought. The apartments couldn’t be better, the breakfast the restaurant is excellent. The staff in genuinely friendly The location is the nicest spot of the island

The restaurant it is said to be open until 10PM but they will serve food until 9.30PM, which is reasonable but it could be more clearly communicated. It could have been more comfortable for us to be able to serve ourselves the food and beverages during breakfast, especially since it's a buffet. If possible, adding blackout curtains will make it a more pleasant sleeping experience.

Great location off the beaten track, close to the fourth beach. Everything is neat and well organized. There's a scheduled van that can give you a ride back and forth to the second beach which is very convenient.

The swimming pool bar staff would sometimes disappear for half hour. I expected a higher standard service in the reception, more attentive, engaging and helpful. Minor ones: I would prefer to have the breakfast self-service. The music by the swimming pool wasn’t great, I would expect more classics of Bahia e MPB.

Great facilities like swimming pool, games room, sunbeds by the beach, easy access to the beach and restaurant. Also, amazing rooms with good A/C, massive bed, big bathroom and outstanding balconies. Also, good transport service between the town and the hotel. I felt secure all the time.

From the pickup at the meeting point to the last transfer to check out, Villa dos Corais was 11/10. On the arrival you have fresh towels to cool down, the staff is beyond words. The guys from the bar and the breakfast are legends, the cheff is a gun. Food is amazing from breakfast to dinner, drinks by the pool are a must! That pool is just what you need after a day of walk up and down around Morro. The spa is great too. The rooms are big enough, bed is like sleeping on the clouds. The hotel is well maintained and clean. The location is not an issue at all, you cal walk to the 1st beach even with high tide as the hotel has it's own path that takes you easily there, or by the afternoon you can get the transfer from the hotel. Well, We can't wait to be back.

The cleaning staff threw away a memory card, thinking it was trash. The staff promised to investigate it but they never came back to us with any explanation, neither apology. One morning there was a mix-up and very unprofessional and unpleasant situation during breakfast - we were waiting for 20 minutes for a waiter to take our order. They totally ignored us assuming we were part of a family at the table. They gave us coffee in a coffee pot and then they wanted to took it away - very impolite and unprofessional.

We absolutely loved the swimming pool and the bar at the swimming pool. The vibe of the place is nice. The location next to the beach is nice. We liked the bus that was taking guests to the city center at night and from the center back to the pousada.
