You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

NetherlandsI asked for 2 seperate beds but they gave me a twin bed, I was too tired to ask for a different room so accepted. The receptionist wrote a 4 instead of a 9 on my keycard, another staff member also read 4. So of course I could not enter the wrong room and although very tired from my journey had to go back to the reception to ask to reactivate my keycard. One of the 2 receptionists accompanied me back and as soon as he pressed the 9-button of the elevator I understood what happened. All this is not so much of a problem but the 2 male receptionists treated me like I was a stupid child and that really was a problem and very anoying!
Quite close to the rodoviaria. Breakfast was very good.

United States of AmericaThe only minus was we couldn’t charge water to our room. There were 4 people in front of us and we had to wait 30 minutes to pay for 4 waters. We bought it elsewhere after that.

BrazilI could hear the neighbor snoring trough the wall. Acoustic insulation was poor.
The location is very good, it was easy to find using GPS and Uber. Staff helped us with every request. The bed and the shower were very good.

United KingdomI had to change room because had to sleep early and could hear everything in the room next door, from texting to TV to coughing, as if it was in my room. Changed room and then there was a constant strange rattling noise coming from AC when it was on and off. It was very loud. Was so tired i ended up sleeping but noise was too loud, not nice. Bed sheets were stained and very thin.
Room was clean. Shower and bed ok. Next to shopping centre so access to everything before traveling next day. Also next to the bus terminal which is great. Breakfast was simple and good, nothing special but not bad either.
