I liked leaving.

Everything. It was dirty, depressing, unfriendly and overall an awful hotel with no redeeming features.

Very unfortunate I did not take breakfast

I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience at this hotel was unacceptable. Upon arrival, we found dirty bed sheets, which was already concerning. Even worse, there was a cockroach in the bathroom. We immediately informed the front desk, expecting at least an apology or a commercial effort, but the staff showed no concern. It felt like this was a normal occurrence for them. Cleanliness and basic hygiene should be a priority for any hotel, and clearly, that’s not the case here. I would not recommend staying here.

Excellent location, short walk to the beach. Reception staff very helpful, beds were comfy, fridge in the room, bathroom and shower good, tour information available and football ticket tours on offer.

The key card to the room had to be reset a few times which was inconvenient but was rectified eventually.

Amazing place and very professional staff, I definitely recommend this place.

Location, Copacabana is not safe. A lot of people asking for money on the street. Very agressive people.
