1. Accessing the room was difficult and often had to restart the device several times to access the room🤦🏽, this needs to be changed/updated. 2. No property manager on site during the entire time we were there. One guest we met outside asked my sister if she worked there 🙇🏽. 3. The office hours were listed on the door, but there was never anyone there 🤦🏽. 4. No refrigerator or microwave in the room, and the TV or ceiling fan was not functional 🤦🏽. 5. No food service on the premises, other than the bar which opened mid day 🤷🏽. 6. Didn't receive clean towels daily 🤦🏽. 7. Very young staff that operated the bar only, but they were friendly, pleasant, and sociable 🙋🏽. 8. Never seen the property manager onsite, except the last day of our stay. And she was just "spot checking" and that was when she was advised about what our room was lacking 🤷🏽. She replaced the batteries in the TV remote, and had a microwave put in the room, which was our last day there 🙎🏽. 9. The photos online of Beach Villas at Coral Harbor does not appear to be the current condition of the property 🤷🏽. 10. The Beach Villas has a lot of potential, but it truly lacks management presence and a sufficient staff, as well as the finances to bring the establishment to a five star or top quality lodge facility.

1. The price for the length of time we stayed was adequate. 2. Only two (2) of the bicycles were functional, that we saw. My sister and I took bike 🚲 rides to the grocery store and around the neighborhood which is beautiful 😍, and most (if not many) of the homes are gorgeous. We took walks on the beach and explored the sandy shores looking and found seashells. 3. Transportation is a phone call away - Henny Transporters and I highly recommend 👍🏽! 4. I'd love to volunteer my assistance and service to Beach Villas at Coral Harbor, free of charge - seriously! My visit was to vacay and look at properties.

The whole place feels run down and shabby with ill-fitting furniture and broken paving The restaurant had hardly anything on the menu, much to the staff's embarrassment. For the price, I was disappointed.

The staff are lovely - very friendly, courteous and helpful. The location is quite nice too, on a quiet beach.

i hate to write bad reviews especially because the staff here was friendly enough, but as a traveller, i can't recommend staying here, especially for the price. i've stayed in (nicer) private hostel rooms for less. we were supposed to stay here another night at the end of our trip, but i cancelled immediately and found another spot. it just felt blah - not a lifegiving vacation spot. our bathroom light didn't work, the shower was essentially unusable (and dirty), and a very low flow toilet. it's not recommended to drink tap water in nassau, and when we asked for bottled water, all the bottles were frozen, with no other source for clean water.

the staff were friendly enough, and the jerk chicken served at the beach restaurant was surprisingly good! do grab a beer at the back bar! the bikes, picnic tables, and beach chairs were all cute. our bed was actually very comfy, with decent wifi. it's pretty close to the airport, which is why we chose to stay here in the first place, but not really close to anything else. the locks were very sophisticated for a good sense of security.

There was no running water. We were advised it was simply a water pressure issue. It took several request before a plumber was called to check the issue. As a result, we did not have running water until the following morning. We were offered couple bottles of water for the inconvenience. No alternatives available. Aside from the plumbing issue, the rooms and property were not clean. Staff was friendly, but not empowered to resolve the isssues. Unacceptable!! Do not stay at this property.
