BotswanaThe breakfast could do with an upgrade.More fresh fruits should be introduced and less salt could be ideal for the beef mince. The signage to the hotel is very poor.The hotel next door has clearly visible signage but this one is hidden in a corner. The showers are really tiny,you literally have to squeeze your way in.If you are plus sized you'll definitely be showering with the shower door open.
The hotel is ideally located not too far from a big mall with every shop and restaurant one can need and it is within walking distance.

Found 2 ladies at reception, 1 was very eager to leave (probably checked in towards the end of their shift or something- I dnt know) she kept conversing loudly with the other who was still taking my details for check in... found that very disruptive and unprofessional. Both proceeded to talk about me in their presence in setswana- figured they thought I could not understand them since I was conversing in English from the onset. I politely asked then to stop talking abt me as if I'm not there and that I completely understand wht they are saying since I'm 100% Tswana; they just denied it and 1 left- no remorse no apology. The room is very small, infact everything is just a tight squeeze. The bed could barely fit 2 adults (now add 1 child😭😭😭 sleeping was js uncomfortable). I'd say tht was was probably a 3/4 bed. Wish they cud at least provide a sleeper couch for those travelling with kids or js bigger beds. For some reason there was a scale in the bathroom but it did not work. Though the bathroom looked nice it was very very small. We really expected a lot better for the price. View from our window wasn't pleasant, garden not well kept.
Great location, close to the mall; js along A1 so no hassle with city traffic. Bathroom design is nice but tight. Good sized closet space with neatly packed tea/coffee. Breakfast was good. Room looks nice and neat, liked the big mirrors ( from floor to ceiling) used on the closet ... thought that's js to trick your eyes into thinking the room is bigger!
