The room is totally independent, so close to an apartment than to a room in fact. The garden is extremely nice, and the attendance was superb. In fact we had a problem with the transport and they assist us to provide a great solution for us in a record time. Their advise were excellent and we felt very comfortable. There was a problem with the electricity (not an issue of the apartment) and they assist us extremely quick giving some additional light.

The sofa-bed is not so comfortable as the main bed, and it has no mosquito protection, but it is recommended.

The kitchen had everything needed for our stay. Lovely grounds and a hidden viewing platform. However the star of the show was Sandie. She was exceptional. - from booking tours, answering questions. Nothing was a problem- always with a big smile on her face.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely place. Trish and Sandy were incredibly kind and helpful. The location is excellent, and the garden is absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend!

Situated in a pleasant garden. It had kitchen facilities, coffee makers, but only stayed one night so didn't make use of all the items.

It might need a better sign outside to make it easier to locate. There is a sign, but on the opposite side of street.

Great location. Within walking distance from restaurants and shopping. The river walk and deck provide great views and excellent birding.

This was a beautiful place and one we would love to have stayed at longer. Lovely staff. Amazing outside area overlooking the river just a short walk away. Organised a sunset river cruise. Was crowded but we were lucky to get there early and had to 2 front seats! A great tour!

The property was beautiful, jungly wild gardens designed to attract birds; a private deck a short walk away overlooking the river; a beautiful little cottage with everything you could think of provided; and such a warm welcome from Trish & Sandy. We loved our time staying there.

I really can't think of anything. We were completely happy with our stay. We would definitely stay there again if returning to Kasane.

The location was ideal, we had a little terrasse facing our bedroom, you can also access to the river front and the platform deck during the day to try to spot animals.

The cruise booked by the hotel was nice.

The photos don't correspond to reality. The accommodation is not clean and requires urgently renovation. For us it was impossible to sleep, it's full of mosquitos and spiders and despite spraying the room it's almost impossible to make sure you get a relaxed sleep. After killing the third spider we decided to leave and spent the night in another accommodation in Kasane.

• Furnishings were quite dated, though the staff makes their best to keep it in clean conditions • The kitchen was very small and lacked prepping space • Small table inside would be appreciated - currently, there is nowhere to put stuff inside as the only sitting place is outside, and you wouldn't sit there during the evening because of mosquitos

Very nice location, nice owner and friendly staff. Walking distance to nice restaurants and a Cafe. The property is relatively quiet and well maintained. The family room is basic but nice.

The rooms are old and outdated
