Location was far from everything. Tiny bathroom. Child size futon. Flat pillows. Inflexible for early check-in or luggage storage.

The pool area was not great but I wasn’t planning on spending time there. The front gate did not lock so security felt a lacking.

The location was a little bit of a walk about 20 minutes from the main town but it was nice and quiet which was a priority for me. The facilities were dated but clean and functioning.

The location is far, about a 20 minute walk. Would've been absolutely fine if dry but it rained very heavily when we were there so were a bit stuck with flooded roads walking back.

The only thing I didn’t like was the location it is about a 15-20 walk from most restaurants or attractions and it was uncomfortable to walk home at night and the taxis on the island are more expensive after 10pm

The location is a bit far from the center (20min walk and less than 10min bike), but the island is small so it’s fine. The wifi wasn’t the best, but it’s to expect when traveling. There’s a bar next to the hotel, so a bit of noise can be expected but nothing too crazy.

I had a double bed suite. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was pretty quite, which was nice. I didn’t get to see the staff but everything went smoothly.

A bit far from main street so you need to rent a bike or golf cart (unfortunately bike not included in the fare), a bit of an issue with WI-FI. Sand flies are a big issue in the island, not something the hotel can do anything but pe prepared, they are everywhere. A/C not in the room but it cools the whole unit so not an issue for us.

Nice clean apartments, great staff went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. Reading the reviews before we book i have to admit i was a little stressed but staying there for 6 days changed my mind, i think the new owner changed many things around and is still in progress. Whatever you need just contact Raul, Alvin or Lourdes they are all amazing and super helpful.

AC unit in the living area only meant the bedroom was quite hot throughout our stay so sleeping wasn't always easy.

Too far from the beach area. At least a10 mile walk to get to anything interesting AC only in sitting area so I slept on a very old futon as the room was unbearable. The site boasts bikes for use but zero were found.

that climb up to the third floor was a killer, especially for my handicapped friend, and it was not mentioned in the ad that it was on the third floor. The air conditioner unit in the main bedroom makes a super loud noise which makes sleeping very difficult. The water came on and off multiple times during our stay. the toilet seat is cracked and pinches your buns. The couch is very low and uncomfortable. The toaster has very narrow slots, even regular bread doesn't fit in it, and so everything got stuck, and we burned our fingers trying to get it out. The internet is very spotty. We didn't expect perfection for the price, but if you upgraded/fixed these things, you would get less complaints and happier customers.

I wasn’t able to get into my room because the check in instructions were not clear. I tried to contact the property but after waiting outside in the dark for an hour, I gave up and went somewhere else. I could not call as I didn’t have a local sim and the phone number provided was not on WhatsApp. Also, the pricing is very deceptive. It looks cheap but in the fine print the tax is the same price as the room so I ended up being charged a lot more than I expected. Also the gate doesn’t actually lock and the property is quite far from the town centre so didn’t feel super safe.
