Breakfast was slightly overpriced but as expected for a hotel.

Good value, good location to San Ignacio. Pool was awesome in the heat. Staff were helpful in sorting taxis etc. Bed was comfy and room was clean.

Wifi was poor. The receptionist who showed me to my room did an appalling job of 'selling' the restaurant to me. I asked what time it was open until, and she was unsure. She enthused way more about the Chicken Express restaurant across the road from the hotel.

Nice grounds and comfy room. Pool looked nice, though I didn't try it.

There is a lot of road noise at night. Perhaps it's quieter in the cabanas further back on the property? But it was probably nicer than staying right in town where it would be even noisier.

Staff are very nice, the room was decent and very large with a private balcony. I changed to this room after realizing my initial booking was for a tine room with a shared bath. Pool is pretty. Easy 10 minute walk to the tourist area, but I didn't spend much time in town. I went on some great tours to surrounding ruins, caves, etc.

Restaurant was good what we ate but when we were looking for dinner they only had lunch available. Had a snack there went for dinner elsewhere.

The beds are a little tired, but still comfortable. The smell from the sewage was a little offputting, but not horrible.

Delicious breakfast and fabulous location. Love to walking to guava limb at night the pools incredible the staff is fantastic!

The beds were uncomfortable and there were so many mosquitoes in our room because there was a gap in the door and our room was down a long hot hallway. We killed at least 25 mosquitoes in the room and there were double that or more playing around our bed And in our room. While I understand this is the jungle, this didn't happen at any other location we stayed at and we stayed at many other places.

The location is fantastic, you can walk to town, they have a butterfly farm and restaurant on site. The AC was excellent.

The hotel is expensive. I booked the 2 bedroom house that included a living room, fully equipped kitchen, seating area, dining area and 5 beds. I made changes online to my credit card. Once I got there, they had already given away my house claiming that I modified my booking. I told them modifications were never made to the room but to the credit cards. They could not see what was modified so they assumed it was the room; however, they kept my money. They gave me 2 tiny rooms side by side that barely had walk space inside. I asked for a discount. No manager was on shift the entire 3 days. I was charged hotel price for a motel stay. The tv scrambled the entire time and did not show. It was very disappointing!

It is close to town and right across the street from the Easter fair.

This place is a real dump. I travel a lot and I've never seen a place with these conditions have the nerve to charge what are considered normal hotel prices. Unbelievable! The so-called hotel is falling apart, with no acceptable conditions for hosting people.

Advertised breakfast with the room stay. Not true No potable water close to the room Coffee/tea pot in the room but know water Restaurant associated with the hotel can’t handle a full restaurant of clients. Very poor water pressure in the bathroom or the shower head needed replacing

We booked through booking.com about 2 months ago before the travel, but when we arrived the hotel, they didn’t realize we booked a room. Therefore, there was some struggle & frustration about finding an alternative room for us (thanks for the staff for helping) Also, we were asked to switch to a different room during the stay, so we had to rush to get everything packed in the morning before our day trip, but in the evening it turns out we didn’t have to. It’s kind of wasting time. There will be room service everyday, but there were bad smell coming from the bathroom every time when we were back to the hotel in the evening.

The location is good. It’s 10 mins walking from the downtown area. Staffs are friendly.
