The shower wasn't great, little pressure, and limescale blocking part of it. Although the room was really clean, brown bedsheets take away from that. If the sheets were white, it would make the room feel cleaner!

The bedroom and bathroom were clean. Our room had teo fans and aircon which was needed and worked perfectly! The bed was very comfy, Our room also has a smart TV aswel, which was a nice bonus. Nice pool too!

Lots of non-recyclable materials used in rooms for coffee. Would be great to see real mugs instead. Would also like to see drink dispensers in each room. If each guest paid for the refills, water would be much more affordable and environmentally sustainable. One of the office staff was very rude and I helpful

Adorable little bungalows and great location nice pool and tours are done right from there. Only negative is beds weren’t the comfiest but honestly great place!

Tropical Paradise has the Caribbean feel with the separate, wooden cabanas painted bright colors, beach and dock, the pool, swim up bar, and an on-site tour arranger thru Henry.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Room is dated, however clean and comfy with ample outdoor space to dry clothes. However the AC and TV did not work well and we were often sweating in our beds. There’s a really nice pool too!

Basic facilities in the room. Coffee machine but no coffee - had to be purchased. No fridge in room, free toiletries consisted of two small bars of soap. Netflix on the TV but not included. Room looked tired and in need of refurbishment.

About Caye Caulker: it's not a beach, it's just a bunch of restaurants and bars. A lot of Caribbean beaches to the south are cheaper and more beautiful. About the accomodation It's ok for one night.

Very basic rooms which could be easily improved with a bit of re-grouting, painting etc. It just feels like they have enough demand to not bother with keeping things in good order. No bed side light - so feels a bit grim at night time in the room.

good location with its own sea front area and pool. Comfy beds and quietish (no sound proofing and so you will hear your neighbours snoring if indeed they do)

The only thing I would say is that the bathroom door (a sliding door) could barely be opened or closed, the hinges/wheels did not work, so it was tough to move it. The flushing of the toilet was very small, you need to do twice. None of the above bothered us and we loved it

Super relaxed vibe, the cabins with the pool are super nice to chill, feel like staying there for a week. Pictures don't make justice to the place. Room and bathroom were very spacious, we were surprised as the pictures didn't look so comfy. Personnel very helpful, we booked a snorkeling day trip which was superb! Location is great, a bit on the further end of town and just a few minutes walk to everywhere (it's a tiny island). Great hot shower.

We had three people in our room, so it was a but cramped but we knew that going into it. They are in the process of paining and fixing up a number of the rooms

Great location towards the quieter end of town, right on the water with a pool and a dock to lounge on. They had bikes available for easy rental and generally was a quiet location.

Damp problem

Nice place just off the beach , but the room was damp , with the walls actually dripping from condensation, I think they need to add vents to stop the damp build-up.
