Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

CanadaThe parking situation is very confusing, be prepared to walk everywhere and from a different building with your luggage. also no microwave in rooms and fridge was very small and you couldn’t change the temperature for the fridge so everything was slightly frozen
Very convenient location walking distance to get to everything. Restaurants were good

CanadaThere was some very noisy guests on my floor on Saturday night in and out of their rooms, laughing and talking loudly well past 11 pm which was frustrating. I brought ear plugs to drown out the noise. The parking situation was also less than ideal having to go to the adjacent towers parking.
I love the location, the rooms are clean and comfortable and well appointed for what I need in a hotel room. The cost was reasonable compared to other hotels in the area.

CanadaHard to find a parking spot
This is a great place to stay with an awesome view of the river and downtown. The beds are very comfortable and leave you feeling great the next day. the bathrooms are very modern and every room has a walk in rain shower. The rooms have single king beds so you wont have families staying here for hockey tournaments so there is no chance of noisy kids playing hockey in the hallways. The elevators only work with a room key which works to keep the riff raff out of the hotel. It is worth the money to stay here for a nice relaxing night, you can look forward to waking up well rested and ready to take on the day.

CanadaUber drivers always seem to consume the 15 minute pick up and drop off area. Wasn't easy driving around the block over and over again waiting to get a spot to unload. But if you're patient, you'll get in there.
Great location, underground parking is easy, and everything you need is close. River view rooms are amazing. The river is right there to go for a walk.

10/10 Great Stay I booked a room for one night as a solo birthday getaway—my first time doing something like this—and I’m so glad I chose ALT Hotel. I had an amazing experience! The location is fantastic. It’s right in the heart of downtown, and just behind the hotel is the beautiful Saskatoon bridge, where I went for a walk to catch the sunset. The staff were incredibly thoughtful and generous. They prepared some birthday surprises for me, including a card and some goodies. It made me smile from ear to ear the moment I saw it. I chose this hotel because it looked more modern compared to other highly rated accommodations in the area, and it definitely did not disappoint. I had a little trouble locating the underground parking at first, but the front desk agent—I think her name was Linda or Mila (I’m sorry, I’m not great with names!)—was very kind and patient while giving me directions. The evening front desk agent was also very helpful when I had difficulty finding the exit later on. I hope they know how much their prompt, patient, and kind assistance was appreciated. It truly elevated the entire experience. I also didn’t find the parking spaces too tight. I was able to find a spacious spot for my crossover SUV. I had read some complaints in previous reviews about tight parking, but I’m glad my experience was smooth. The room looked and felt newly built, and I could sense the cleanliness the moment I stepped inside. The design is functional and minimalist. I especially enjoyed the rain shower—it was amazing! The mattress was very comfortable, and the bed came with four soft pillows. The sheets were crisp, white, and spotless. The room was also very well lit, and I loved the floor-to-ceiling glass windows that offered a great view of the city both day and night. I also loved the thoughtful amenities in the room: Nespresso coffee, Japanese tea, and really good shampoo, bath soap, and conditioner.
