When we arrived the clerk wanted to give us a room with a broken door lock. We mentioned this to the clerk, who insisted on giving us the same room. I've booked a room in this hotel that was more modern and comfortable. Next time, I'll ask for the second floor.

Location of facility is easily accessible with plenty of restaurants, fast food outlets and grocery store in the vicinity. Cleanliness was better than anticipated.

The only minor item that was incorrect was an older misadjusted toilet tank flapper. It sometimes did not operate properly so I had to manually put it back in place. But this can be easily fixed so not much of a concern.

The room was an excellent value for my money. I would book it again if I could. The neighborhood also offers good services like restaurants and car repairs which I happened to need.

Less English channels on TV

Comfortable, quiet, reasonably priced. There was some confusion with the early check-in but the front desk was really cooperative and i think they upgraded the room as well. Thank you for that.

The room was spacious and very clean. It was worth the price paid. There were lots of extra towels and bath amenities. The hotel is about half an hour away from the city but I wouldn’t complain about it.

I stayed at this hotel 4 times in the past month and in all 4 rooms i've stayed in, all 4 of them had sheets too small for the bed and i'd end up with my feet directly on the matress at some point or another of the night. Also, one of the 4 rooms had a non-functional AC unit, while all of them had pretty loud and dusty units.

For the price, this is a great option. I honestly don't have much to complain.

Large windows, plenty of Natural light, quiet and that was a blessing after a long drive. Clean property, well lit parking area.Very nice, polite Staff and my special thanks to the gentleman at the Front desk ( Muhammad) . He made the stay memorable and guided us to some nice places to visit in our short stay. Check in/out was seamless.

My wife and I recently traveled from Ontario to Newfoundland in an electric vehicle, staying at economy motels such as yours, along the way. We were rather disappointed that no economy motels provided overnight EV charging. I would highly recommend that economy motel owners consider installing Level 2 240 volt EV chargers of approximately 30-40 amp capacity connected to a network such as FLO or Chargepoint. The network would collect the cost through their network RFID card or app to compensate the motel owner. A reasonable charge of about $1.50/hr. would be much more attractive to me, then staying at a luxury motel and paying $50 to $100 more per night and receiving “free” charging for approximately $10 worth of EV charging.

The staff in the evening was not too nice. He didn’t make the attempt to show us how to get to our room. It looked like he was in a haste. Also there was no breakfast.

The request we did when we booked the room. We asked for a jacuzzi room if there is one available on the day of our stay. Right away there was an email from hotel saying, 'We're happy to let you know that the property has confirmed that they can arrange this for you. There will be no extra charge for this request." We arrived at the hotel almost at midnight due to our flight delayed for 7.5hrs. Got a room with 2x Double bed and a shower that is clogged with calcium and very weak. So romantic for a couple celebrating 30th anniversary :D So now, not sure if it's the hotel or the Booking.com that is responsible for the misleading email I received. We were too tired and sleepy to argue. We could easily use our points to upgrade or pay the difference if they give us the room and discuss it with us.
