    The beds weren't very comfortable.

It was great for a ski trip at Sainte Anne. Clean enough, close to the mountain, not far from the city, and a great value!

The staff gave us the wrong room originally. We booked a room with two beds but they claimed there was none available. Finally the lady figured out there was something wrong with the books. The room was there. Lady was nice and fixed it.

    Very nice room!

The internet did not work in our room, we had to go to the lobby to use our laptops which was not very comfortable. There was no air conditioning in the lobby or the restaurant. Some rooms had no a/c either.

Everything was very clean. The inn was very quiet.

The parking situation is really bad. The snow mobiles take a lot of space in the winter. It can be hard to get around the tight parking lot with new snow, especially in the back. There is no loading area for bags. All rooms have stairs and no elevator, so there is no cart, you might need to make multiple trips.

The restaurant was good value and quality.

That it was so close to a road. I would include a continental breakfast with the room rate. Also, I would use blinds or a more efficient system to block the light in the morning.

The room was spacious and comfortable and, even though it was really close to a road, you could not hear anything. Also, it is located in a really nice area, where there are lots of nature things to do, and it is very close to Québec City as well.

We had a very large room with a wood burning fireplace . Also there was the option to use the facilities downstairs to prepare meals as well as a nice restaurant attached to the auberge. Quelle belle experience !

    Fix and renovate a bit.

Staff was really nice. Loved the fact that there's a restaurant at the Auberge. Close to Mont St-Anne and other facilities.

Poor Wi-Fi, up and down, I use 3G during my two days stay. The bathtub is blocked. No coffee makers.

Spacious room, well decorated. Good location near Ski St-Anne. Delicious food especially desserts.

The beds were hard. The room was cold due to a broken window stuffed with toilet paper.

The staff was pleasant and helpful.
