Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It was loud midday when they were cleaning. The Central Vac hose was incredibly loud. We had been trying to rest and there was no way we could with the noise outside of our room.
It was very close to where CF Montréal we’re playing. Literally across the street! Free parking was awesome and the front desk staff were very kind. My son enjoyed the pool too.

Booked one night due to loss of power at my home. Left a few hours later didn’t stay the night because I was notified that power had returned at my residence. Was charged full price . Was not expecting a refund but a discount would of been appreciated

I did not like that this hotel does NOT OFFER room service, and you had to go down to pick up. The hotel bar and restaurant closes to early in the evening. The TV in the hotel needs more english speaking channels.
I liked that the check-in process was seamless. I like the heating system was great. This hotel is a great location for people would like to go to the mall.

Food service was not available after 9. Our flight arrived a little late so only option was pizza delivery in the area. The lobby elevator was out of service so we had a bit of a walk to the second elevator.
excellent room, very comfortable and quiet. Water pressure was amazing. Front desk staff was very friendly and able to assist whenever needed. The lobby bar had lots of variety and comfortable setting. The entrance set a very positive feel for the establishment.

The convenient elevators were out, stairs were fine, and there were other elevators.
Indoor pool was so nice and warm. Hours were amazing. Free parking, shuttle service extremely pleasant front staff, and everything I needed nearby.

After coming back from the swimming pool, noticed that the hair dryer isn’t working. Called receptionist and they had no one to replace it and didn’t even give us a temporary one. All the family went to bed with wet hair and we got sick the next day. Parked in the indoor parking but the door needed a card to swipe to go into the building. No bell to ring and ask them to let us in. Eventually we decided to park outside instead of going back and forth to open that door.
Swimming pool water was warm enough.

Elevator was super fast the first day, but then it started to miss its floor by a bit and have to readjust. Still thinking restaurant hours are weird. Parking was completely full; the lot would benefit from having someone to manage it a bit

Bathroom was quirky. Shower door opened to the toilet. Soap dish was tiny. Toilet paper was far too far away from the toilet. A grab bar in the shower would have been appreciated. Restaurant hours are annoyingly inconsistent, and insufficient.
Location is perfect for our purposes. Price is reasonable, rooms are clean. The previously slow elevator has been sped up considerably; terrific.!!

The gym is quite run down.

Our key cards for our rooms didn't work half the time which was frustrating.

location is great for going to botanical garden, Biodome or Montreal tower and Olympic stadium. Rooms are decent size and clean, the indoor pool is nicely heated. The restaurant attached to hotel is surpassingly good and nicely priced.

A bit pricey for a regular two double bed room but we were just 2 adults paying for it.
Nice location if you plan to go to Biodome and walk around the Parc Maisonneuve. Place was clean and didn't encounter any issues with the booking or the staff.

Bathroom lighting insufficient, and bathroom sliding door provided little privacy.
Very convenient location if you want to stay near the Botanical Gardens and Olympic Stadium. Restaurant at the hotel serves very good food.

Restaurant and Bar closed too early on Tues evening, at 9pm! After a day around Space for Life, We ended up having to drive to a McDonalds as nothing else open in the area after 9.30pm.
No charge for early check in. No charge for parking. Friendly reception staff. Near to Biodome Botanical Gardens etc.
