The parking is a little tight, but honestly, this place was great. We will be back.

We were attending an event that began very early in the morning and did not have breakfast. But the host sent us out the door with coffee and pastries, which were delicious.

Very good location. Very good breakfast. Joyce was extremely cognizant of our every need. The only issue at all was that the television in our little apartment was giving us trouble and we couldn't quite get it sorted out, although Joyce (and her husband) tried to rectify the problem three different times. Staff were absolutely wonderful! Very helpful and kind. Breakfast was also delicious and a cut above most B&B’s. Rooms were very quaint and clean. This is a lovely B&B and the best on the Canadian side of Niagara Falls! Hope to return again soon!

The owners were so very friendly and willing to help. We stayed in the room with the separate entrance for our honeymoon and it was suprisingly quiet and peaceful with a lovely airiness and the delightful strange bonus of walking past John's tomato plants and being urged to pick and eat one whenever we wanted. Speaking of eating... The breakfast was to die for - easily the best eggs benedict I've had in ages and my new husband was in absolute love each morning with his omelette. Add in the fresh fruit and sweet bread slices and you have a breakfast more than up to getting you started for a long day of walking.

The space was so beautiful, charming, clean and the hosts were so attentive. The care and attention they put into hosting, maintaining there property and care they have for their guests is evident. We had to wake up really early for a wedding, much earlier than scheduled breakfast time, and Jon ensured he was awake to greet us in the morning with coffee cake, fresh fruit and hot coffee. I would definitely recommend and go back again.

Breakfast was simple & good however missing variety.

That the house was 152 years old, beautiful flower beds, great dining room seating and the fact the the the b&b was a Victorian style home. The double room (Buckingham) was spacious. The host Joyce is amazing and was always available for our needs. Definitely recommend.

I felt the gazebo in the backyard could have been kept much tidier. I found the folded chairs, brooms, empty pots, hoses not put away etc. very unattractive and therefore not comfortable to sit there. The couch and chair in our room were very comfortable but covered with cheap covers that easily came untucked.

I enjoyed the breakfast room and the way it was set up. Individual tables, yet easily able to converse with other travellers. Excellent coffee available in the breakfast room at all times. Our room was very quiet.

This was not a problem for us but we had a room where only steps were available-would have been a problem if we were mobility challenged.

Loved being able to walk to the falls, loved the cleanliness and comfort of our rooms, breakfast was delicious and hosts were welcoming
