Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Room size was excellent. Restaurant was clean, food was great and staff was very friendly. The Inn is very close to the Lake, watching the boats go by was a nice. The Bluewater Bridge was a site to behold as well.

There was no microwave in the room. Also we raised an issue with front desk about a car parked in handicapped spot with no valid permit but the vehicle remained there the whole weekend. The bar and grill had very limited hours snd the pool was closed.
The front desk staff were very friendly. The room was clean and spacious.

Sadly the jacuzzi jets in the whirlpool tub were not working.
pillow top mattress was great, made me feel very cozy. Shower head was adjustable, which was also nice.

Breakfast ingredients were not up to some of the competition. Bath towels could be of a higher quality.
Breakfast was okay. Room very comfortable. Staff friendly and very helpful. Printed a short report for me quickly which was appreciated.

Someone arguing either in the hall or adjacent room at 2:45 but was no reflection on the hotel itself.
Never got breakfast but the area must be safe as I noticed someone had left their bikes on their car carrier overnight and no one had bothered them.

The lobby/reception area was dated, dark and had a bit of an old motel odor. However, the room itself was bright, clean, and nicely updated.
Very comfortable property conveniently located just next to the Blue Water Bridge. Although it's an older property and the lobby area looks a bit dated, the room itself was quite nicely appointed and updated. The bathroom was also nicely updated, and the shower was excellent. The bed was one of the most comfortable we've had in any hotel. Very satisfied with our visit. We enjoyed walking around Port Edward and enjoying the waterfront.

Noisey room heater, the breakfast supplied was lacking as most hotels are based on price,of the room, but passable.
I like it when a property has a restaurant/bar so after a long day of travel i dont have to venture far. It had just been renovated i was told, but decided to take in a local pub. The room was a bit outdated but comfortable the bed comfy. The staff was quite friendly and accomodating giving me a map for the best possible way to the room, regarding parking and such. I appreciate that. I request a ground floor most times as i have a lot of gear to transport from car to room. As it was low season and not many people checking in, it was nice and quiet.

Nice clean room, comfy bed - Everything we were looking for after a long day on the road as a pit stop for the night. Friendly and helpful check in staff. The included breakfast was good. Plenty of well lit and safe parking available.

Needs to be redecorated- rooms seem abit tired looking. Server at the restaurant definitely needs a helper. She was great but can’t do everything all by herself.
Location of hotel is wonderful. Close to downtown and the beach and parks. Hotel was clean but likely needs a decor overall- was a bit tired looking but great price. Breakfast was good although I felt badly for the one server who seemed to be doing everything and could definitely had an assistant. She was great but the hotel needs to give her help. Otherwise, the hotel is quite pleasant
