Didn’t like the bathroom door. No privacy. Just a sliding barn door and had a huge opening along the side. I was a long dangerous walk to the pool. The pool itself was nice, clean and well maintained but any senior or anyone that didn’t take there time and really watch their step would trip or slip on all the ups and downs or water all over the floor through out

The complementary pool and gym facility offered to all the guests are great, good to keep the children busy. The room is very very spacious.

Not the location's problem but the police had to be called because of a fight in the main hallway. Access was blocked of course until the participants were taken aside to their room.

The staff could not see that I had paid for the booking, and kept insisting I pay again until they looked directly on the booking site. They were also not able to coalesce my two separate reservations, so I had to check out of my room (at the desk, not actually leave the room) and pay a second deposit for the same room, and then have the conversation all over again that the room had not been paid for which they eventually discovered it had. They were very nice, but it was a waste of 15 minutes of my life twice because they have not been trained on how their company allows bookings to be made.

The reception staff was inconsiderate and was the reason I had my stay shortened. I had originally wanted to extend my stay for addition 4 more nights. however, I have been told I had to move rooms and pay a higher cost if i had wanted to stay in the same room/extend the stay. The gentlemen at reception name Jaden could use more empathy when dealing with guests who are extending stays vs new booking/reservations. When I had made the request of extending my stay it was well 4hrs ahead of check out. I was kept idled at reception for about 50 mins and was to only be told then after it I want to stay in my room it would be at the increase cost or move to different room to extend my stay. Needless to say, different staff encounter would differ result and experience of stay. I'd like to mention the cleaning staff is wonderful and had made our stay more comfortable so thank you for all your help and efforts in keeping the facility clean to welcome guests like ourselves, when front desks lacks service there of.

The location was very convenient and accessible to highway and main roads for easy traveling and navigating around the city. Also, Starbucks is always a bonus for quick convenience in the am.

The walls are paper thin. Stayed both here on the Best Western side and the Sheraton side earlier in the year. Both buildings have super thin walls. You can hear next door talking and definitely people talking in the hallway or running around would cause disturbances. The front desk staff (check in and check out) could have been more professional and better organized at queuing people up so there could be avoidance of confusion.

The property is in a good location. It has shared facilities with the adjacent Sheraton Hotel, but the facilities are very limited. It’s disappointing compared to its description, to say the least.

They ignored my request, I asked for a higher floor but they arranged for me to stay on the ground floor even though there was an available room upstairs
