We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

CanadaI booked a 3 night stay not realizing we would not be getting housekeeping. There was a note slipped in with the key card saying only “light” (towel replacement, coffee replenished and garbage emptied) housecleaning until after third night. No one did any of this until we had to ask for new towels one evening. Not reason enough to NOT return for another stay, I just wish we had known before booking

CanadaWe had problem with heating. We had suite with two separate bedrooms. Heating worked only in main bedroom which made the other rather cold and uncomfortable. Also I could not get sophisticated keuring coffee machine to produce any coffee. Less automation less problems. Simple old fashioned filter coffee makers always worked.

CanadaOur room faced Hart Drive and Dunlop and the noise of the traffice, especially from trucks turning off the 400 ramp onto Dunlop kept us awak most of the night. Next time we will request a room overlooking the parking area at the rear of the building. The breakfast area was lacking a microwave to reheat food which was often cold by the time we were able to sit at a table.
Our room was very clean and comfortable, including the king size bed.. My partner took breakfast both days while I only one day. There was a good variety of food and beverages whether one preferred a substantial breakfast of eggs, bacon, sausage and potatoe fries or something lighter like oatmeal and toast.

CanadaThe elevator system was a joke. It felt over priced for what we got. Smart tvs would be great so that we can watch something other than cable options. The beds were terribly uncomfortable.
