Corner room with views of the mountains and the city. Balcony just to poke your head out and get a breath of fresh air. Comfortably sized room but no wasted space. Bathroom was very clean. If you want to be in downtown for any reason, this is a great place to stay. Excellent coffee shops litter this part of Robson, and it's a short walk to the fantastic Orpheum theatre, the Vancouver Art Gallery and CF Pacific mall, passing all kinds of high-end stores on the way, as well as mid-range popular places, like lululemon. And tons of great restaurants!

If there was lift access to the car park, we didn't find it. Carrying suitcases up and down stairs or through the car park driveway was inconvenient. While the rooms were clean, our experience with the daily housekeeping lacked attention to detail and we were missing some replacement items on more than one occassion.

The location is perfect for all kinds of shopping and eating experiences. The water-view rooms on the higher levels provide very nice views towards Stanley Park and the waterfront. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast offerings at the hotel cafe/restaurant are great value.

Bathroom was SO tiny. Could barely fit and close the door. The shower was also very very narrow

Would have loved laundry facilities. Rooms were quite hot overnight & didn't make any difference when we turned the heating off.

Great location on Robson St - easy walking to everywhere. Stayed on the 28th floor & could see 5 snow-capped mountains from the lounge chair :) Our room was big, very comfortable & clean. Serviced every day & the staff were fabulous. We felt safe, at home & had everything we needed (except laundry facilities) for our 8 day stay. HIGHLY recommend the hotel, especially the location. If we ever come back to Vancouver, I wouldn't hesitate staying at the Blue Horizon hotel again.

Pool and gym closed at 10:00 p.m. which is too early. Restaurant was closed when we arrived on Friday at 5:00 p.m. Hidden cost of parking space $24

We liked the large room size, two queen beds with extra room to stretch out. Not your typical room. We were able to fit 3 adult and 1 teen comfortably. We also liked the small walk out balcony (can not sit out in balcony though, only stand and look over).

I did not like the noise from other guests this trip! I know this is something the hotel staff would have addressed if I had brought it to their attention.

The Blue Horizon is always my first choice hotel for a visit to Vancouver!! I really like the location and its proximity to fine restaurants, shopping, and also that it is within walking distance to English Bay and the harbour. I also feel safe while staying there.

The hotel restaurant was great but the hours were so limited and then if you wanted something else you had to walk or Uber to. They do provide parking for a fee.

I like the confront of the room and the location was next to a lot of places to shop and eat.
